Dos de de las lámparas no funcionaban, la puerta del baño no cerraba y quisiera agregar lo más desagradable, hay un ruido intenso que empieza desde las 6:00am es un elevador en particular. Fueron solo dos noches sin embargo nada agradable para poder descansar y dormir bien . Sinceramente no volvería.

ホテルのサービスは一般的で、場所はとても良いです。クラブキング（7〜12階）と街の景色（1〜7階）の違いは、床が少し高く、見るものが何もないことです。ハイアットのホテルで、朝寝ているときにノックして、ドアのバッテリーが変わると言われましたか？国内のハイアットホテルに比べるととても残念です。価格はとても安いです。

Whatever requested we made they said yes but never followed
Like a booking at restaurant they didn’t make for us
Or when we asked for some amenities they said yes but never came
No one picked up the phone at night but they said they had 24 hours room service

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, habitaciones limpias (la chapa del baño no servía y no la arreglaron pese a que les avisé), el servicio en general está bien pero no de acuerdo al precio, los meseros no te atienden bien si no eres extranjero, no se saben los horarios de otros lugares señal del hotel y te mandan por bebidas de forma errónea, del hotel no tiene acceso a la playa, tienes que cambiar sal grand.
Ofrecen varios restaurantes de especialidad, sin embargo jueves y viernes solo tuvieron 2 habilitados y El sábado sólo uno, el francés (teníamos reserva a las 9 y tardaban 40 minutos en llenar cada tiempo de comida, en postre lo tuvimos que cancelar por que ya casi eran las 11 de la noche.
Además los camastros de la alberca los reserva la gente y solo ponen la toalla, no hay nadie así pendiente, les preguntas y te ignoran, no te ofrecen una solución, faltan camastros y servicio, fue una mala experiencia en lo que respecta al servicio sal cliente.
En la cafetería todo bien, muy amables.
Son muy estrictos con hora del check out.

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

ゲゲスト家族で旅行したいですか?強くお勧めします! 「ブティック」の雰囲気と優れたサービスを備えた高級ホテルです。朝食ビュッフェはPVで最高の一つです(ウェスティンのシェラトンに滞在しました)。プールは手入れが行き届いていて、子供の遊び場は素晴らしいです(ビビアナありがとう!)。部屋は少し狭いですが、プロパティは非常にモダンで、非常に手入れが行き届いています。カンクンのマリオットにも同様の経験ができました。PVで最高の予算の高級リゾート。

ゲゲストLa app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega

朝食ビュッフェが含まれている部屋にTrip.comを介して支払いました。チェックインスタッフは、支払いが完了していないと述べ、部屋とビュッフェの料金を別途支払わなければなりませんでした。2時間の混乱と1歳の子供との待ち合わせの後、ようやく解決しました。スタッフは彼らの過ちについて申し訳ない、または謝罪しませんでした。

啊啊Q小姐在墨西哥その年にホテルが建てられたとき、オリエンテーションを考えて良かったです。ウェスティンを海に向かってわずかに遮った側に著名なホテルがありました。ホテルと同じなら日の出と日没があるのは残念です。カバーなし。全体的にもっと満足して、ビーチは少し失われていますハハハハ
