The hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

This hotel is located right on the beach with a restaurant downstairs. I had the ocean facing room and enjoyed my stay. This hotel, however, does not have a gym and only a very small pool on the rooftop so something to keep in mind if you need those amenities. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Pues como empresa que requerimos la factura; la empleada que nos atendio una cubana o no de que pais es nos trato muy mal, que ella no podia facturar que lo viera con trip; hable a trip y nunca contesto nadie que me apoyara. Nuevamente regrese al hotel para que me apoyaran y nuevamente la cubana se porto muy grosera.

While this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

Just one thing would have been nice in the room , or a communal coffee machine. Other than that , perfect. Breakfast would have been lovely sitting outside, had it not have been for pigeons .. it would be possible to put a thin net up between breakfast room and outside exit , without too much trouble.. it was really nasty , as they kept landing on table if you looked away for a second.

Good location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.

Super location, everything one needs within 2 to 3 minute walk and beach about a 12 minute walk. Very clean and neat and everything one needs for a great stay in PV! I would stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!
