Such a beautiful place, such beautiful people. I love it here. Ive been here three times and customer service is always the best! Its clean, safe and walkable to coffee shops.I’d stay here again if I needed to.

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.

La ubicación exclente, el personal todos muy atentos, el estacionamiento suficiente y sin problemas. Lo único que señalaría sería la falta de un poquito de orden y limpieza en pasillos y fuera de habitaciones, recoger los platillos de servicio a habitación, barrer y trapear que se llena mucho de lo del arreglo a jardines, de ahí en fuera todo bien.
