Genuinely was a lovely place to stay, clean and hotel staff very hospitable, surrounded by beach and 15-20 mins away from sidi bu saïd. I booked the breakfast included and it is a feast and a half - I tend to be a picky eater but there is plenty of options fresh, and cooked well ( I’m a hypochondriac- and tend to be paranoid with food) but the place put me at ease and I actually ate well . Would visit again but would keep in mind to public transport if you wish to travel further into Tunis central - as trains are limited and buses and taxis can add up. But all in all it was stunning location and can’t fault the staff :) first time visitor to Tunisia and hope to visit again.

It was a good experience at Sheraton Hotel, the rooms are good and large, the place is clean, but it is a little far from the city center.

Cela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.

チュニジアに来る前は、特に下調べもせず、レンタカーも予約していませんでした。4日間の旅行のうち、宿泊先は2泊分だけ予約し、あとは行き当たりばったりで計画を立てていました。ところが、ホテルにチェックインすると、中国語を話せる若いチュニジア人男性、ジュリアンに出会いました。ジュリアンは信じられないほど親切で、2日間の休暇を使って私たちを車で案内してくれ、様々なチュニジア料理を教えてくれました。ジュリアンのおかげで、チュニジア旅行は本当に素晴らしいものになりました。この計画外の旅行は、嬉しいサプライズとなりました。チュニジアのガマト・リッツ・カールトン・ホテルに宿泊される方は、ぜひカスタマーサービスマネージャーのジュリアンを指名してみてください。きっと何でも対応してくれるはずです。

ハウスキーパーのアーレムさんのプロ意識、親切さ、そして理解力に感謝します。 彼女は本当に素敵な方で、お客様をとても丁寧におもてなししてくれます。 このホテルをおすすめします。

場所はマディーナの中心にあり、到着するには市場を通過する必要があります。結局のところ、アフリカ諸国は少し怖いです。 部屋はとても広く、バスタブがあり、豪華です 朝食はアレルギーがあり、ホテルは医者を呼ぶのを手伝いました

Excellent hôtel disposant d'un restaurant avec de la musique tous les soir, situé à proximité du centre ville.

Très bien comme.hotel le seul problème c'est les moustiques le soir donc faut prévoir des moustiquaires car y a toute une verdure derrière Aussi le room service est payant ce que je trouve pas normal pour un 5 étoiles
