This is my first time at this hotel. The location is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained gardens, and the sea is clean in front of the hotel's beach. The staff is generally professional and welcoming. The ”luxury” of the beautiful entrance at reception level should also be reflected in the « superior rooms », it needs renovation, especially compared to a 5-star Tunisian hotel (ie The résidence hôtel not far from Verdi). We greatly appreciated the service and the extensive breakfast buffet, but not the à la carte restaurant, unfortunately it was a bad experience for our first night even though they tried to be nice, missing professionalism. Very good service at the souvenir shop. For the price I paid, I’m satisfied.
Cela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.
Très bien comme.hotel le seul problème c'est les moustiques le soir donc faut prévoir des moustiquaires car y a toute une verdure derrière
Aussi le room service est payant ce que je trouve pas normal pour un 5 étoiles

ゲゲストIf u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.
