The room was clean, comfortable bed and good coffee. However the shuttle only runs once every hour which was strange for a hotel only a 10 minute drive from the airport and not convenient for some flight times. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was included but you had to order off of the menu. There was no quick buffet and we didn’t have time to sit down and wait to be served. When we said okay, can we just get a coffee to go we were told it was 3.00. And most importantly, you could hear air traffic throughout the night.
I recently stayed at the Sandman Hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome. There’s also a nice restaurant attached to the hotel, which was very convenient and served excellent food.
The only downside was the loud noise from the train on the street below, which could be disruptive at times. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its prime location and excellent service.
ゲゲストThe Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!
MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.
ゲゲストCheck in was made very easy! Rooms are big and renovated. They have great wifi and it was clean. Pool was great and fun only downside on the weekend was having to book an hour time slot to use the pool. Would book again!

LLeixiaI booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk
