フランスグラン・テストの4つ星ホテル

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

立地は良いのですが、中心部の道路工事のため、車での移動は大変でした… また、フロントのスタッフは冷淡でした。朝食は味気ないものでしたが、部屋にはキッチン用品に至るまで、アメニティがすべて揃っていました…

立地は良し。 クリスマス時期に訪問しました。 クリスマスマーケットは いつまで開催しているか聞いたところ本日までと 教えてもらったので ランス大聖堂のプロジェクションマッピングの見学を翌日に 変更したのですがプロジェクションマッピングが今日まででクリスマスマーケットは12月中開催していました。 行事のスケジュールなどは正確な情報を知っていて欲しいと おもいまd

新しくてモダンなホテルですが、荷物預かりはロッカーも完備されているので、欲しいものは何でも預けられます！朝食用のレストランは快適ですが、食べ物だけは大丈夫です。サービスは親切なスタッフがいてとても素敵です。場所は完璧です

場所は良く、橋を渡ったところにノートルダム大聖堂があります。ただし、ご自身で運転する場合は、ホテル付近のエリアへは許可を受けた車両のみが通行できます。 歴史ある建物をリノベーションした、むき出しの木造建築がとてもユニークで、エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフが率先して階上まで荷物を運んでくれます。 ストラスブールの路上駐車は非常に高価で、1 時間あたり 3.5 ユーロ、ホテルの駐車場は 1 日あたり 30 ユーロ、ホテルは近くの駐車場を導入しました。駐車料金は約 16 時間で、16 ユーロです。

このホテルには1000点満点中5.0点をつけたいくらいです！今回の旅行で泊まった中で一番良かったです。駅の目の前という好立地です。残念ながら、部屋の写真を誤って削除してしまいました😭😭 部屋は広くて清潔で、素敵な内装でした。トイレとバスルームが別々で、バスタブまで付いているのが気に入りました！スタッフもとても親切でした。次回コルマールに行く際は、ぜひまたここに泊まりたいです✨🩵 今年一番のお気に入りのホテルです！

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

First time checking out the Christmas market and had a great time. Loved our mini apartment room and will book again if back in this region or they have locations elsewhere.

歴史が息づく、芸術的なホテルです。古風な邸宅風のホテルで、朝食は必食です。上質なダイニング環境も期待できます。強くお勧めしますが、部屋間の階段が狭く、エレベーターも非常に小さいため、部屋まで階段を何度も上る必要があります。そのため、重い荷物や特大の荷物は持ち込まないでください。しかし、立地と景色は素晴らしく、鉄道駅まで徒歩約700m以内、ホテルからグラブでいくつかの観光地へ簡単にアクセスできます。コルマールとこのホテルは、ぜひ訪れるべき場所です。

このホテルのレビューは難しいです。当初予約した部屋と実際に割り当てられた部屋が異なっていました。ホテルは古い建物で、様々なスタイルの部屋があることは理解していますが、広告は非常に誤解を招くものでした。フロントデスクの素晴らしい男性、ノアムさん（？）のおかげで苦情を伝えることができ、以前よりずっと良い部屋に変更してもらえました。ノアムさんは滞在中ずっと快適に過ごせるよう、期待以上の対応をしてくれました。ただ、ホテルにはUSB充電ポイントがないので、アダプターが必要になります。最後に、火災報知器は非常に無責任なものでした（靴下を履いて木製の非常階段を駆け下りたのですが、ホテルのスタッフ（年配の男性）はほとんど何もしていませんでしたし、何が起こっているのか説明もしていませんでした）。また、非常階段には大量の清掃用品や家具があり、実際には人命に関わる事態になっていたでしょう。これはホテル側が早急に改善すべき点だと思います。
