フランスグラン・テストの4つ星ホテル

非常に満足している、ホテルは非常に新しく、清潔で、設備は使いやすいです、特に今回はフロントデスクが角の部屋を選択しました、8階の180度の床から天井までの窓は特に感じます。しかし、ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフはオンラインではないことがよくあります。チェックインして5分待った後、才能が来ました。

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

とても良いホテルで、ストラスブール観光に最適です。 朝食も提供していますが、少しお値段は高めです。 プールがあるのも嬉しいです。 スタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルで親切です。 強くお勧めします。

立地は良し。 クリスマス時期に訪問しました。 クリスマスマーケットは いつまで開催しているか聞いたところ本日までと 教えてもらったので ランス大聖堂のプロジェクションマッピングの見学を翌日に 変更したのですがプロジェクションマッピングが今日まででクリスマスマーケットは12月中開催していました。 行事のスケジュールなどは正確な情報を知っていて欲しいと おもいまd

新しくてモダンなホテルですが、荷物預かりはロッカーも完備されているので、欲しいものは何でも預けられます！朝食用のレストランは快適ですが、食べ物だけは大丈夫です。サービスは親切なスタッフがいてとても素敵です。場所は完璧です

清潔さは申し分なく、部屋のベッドはとても快適でした。 バスルームのデザインは少し変わっていましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。部屋は少し狭かったものの、空間はうまく設計されていたので、スーツケースを広げるのに苦労することはありませんでした。 良かったのはクラブで、かなり広いビジネスエリアとラウンジエリアがあり、飲み物やコーヒー、軽食などを気軽に楽しむことができました。品揃えは限られていましたが、何もないよりはましでした。近くの駐車場までは徒歩6～7分でした。ホテルは割引を提供していましたが、チェックアウト前にクーポンをもらうようお願いした方が良いでしょう。

場所は良く、橋を渡ったところにノートルダム大聖堂があります。ただし、ご自身で運転する場合は、ホテル付近のエリアへは許可を受けた車両のみが通行できます。 歴史ある建物をリノベーションした、むき出しの木造建築がとてもユニークで、エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフが率先して階上まで荷物を運んでくれます。 ストラスブールの路上駐車は非常に高価で、1 時間あたり 3.5 ユーロ、ホテルの駐車場は 1 日あたり 30 ユーロ、ホテルは近くの駐車場を導入しました。駐車料金は約 16 時間で、16 ユーロです。

朝食がビュッフェ形式で自由に取っていく方式だったのですが、クロワッサンやパンオショコラのパンレベルが高くて美味しすぎるのと、トマトやグレープフルーツなどは新鮮で、ヨーグルトや飲み物の種類の豊富さやチーズ、ハム?などたくさんあるのと同時に全て美味しく、いただく食堂の空間もすごく素敵で驚きました。スタッフの方も丁寧で優しく快適に過ごせました。部屋も清潔的で必要な設備は揃っていて快適でした。駅出た瞬間に目の前にそびえ立っているのも重い荷物持って一人旅している私にとってはありがたかったです。もう一度コルマール行く機会があれば絶対リピートします！

Dit hotel is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een tussenstop, Bij aankomst toont het hotel van buitenaf een verwaarloosde indruk ,maar binnen is dat zeker niet het geval, wij hadden een familiekamer en we hebben in Frankrijk nog nooit zo een grote kamer gehad ,de kamer is zeer groot en mooi ,alleen spijtig dat de gordijnen een armoedige uitstraling hebben en niet erg verduisterend zijn  Restaurant is een aanrader  Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 

It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!
