素晴らしい滞在を過ごせました。このホテルをさらに良くするには、少し手直しするだけで十分でしょう。 良い点： *立地は最高で、チェスター中心部までUberで5ポンド以下で行くことができました。 *朝食はビュッフェ形式で、種類も豊富で、ゆったりと過ごせました。 *必要なアメニティが全て揃った広々とした部屋です。 *無料駐車場も充実しています。 *美しい敷地で、夜はとても静かです。 *価格に見合った価値があります。 改善点： *清掃水準は平均的で、バスルームの蛇口の周りに黒カビがありましたが、簡単に取り除くことができました。 *バスルームの床は、しっかりとしたモップ掛けが必要でした。 *ベッドはツインベッド2台がくっついているため、真ん中に隙間があり、あまり快適ではありませんでした。 *スタッフの不足が顧客サービスの質に影響しています。ルームサービスを頼もうとしましたが、電話に出るまでに時間がかかり、受付で受け取れると言われました。ルームサービスの趣旨に反しているので、そのままにしました。毎回このような対応では、ホテルの追加料金の売り上げにも悪影響です。 *バーのスタッフが足りず、食事を注文しましたが冷えていて、注文したものと違うものもありましたが、あまりにも空腹だったので交換を待つことができませんでした。ウェイトレスによると、フィッシュフィンガーサンドイッチはフィッシュアンドチップスと全く同じものだそうです！ 前にも言いましたが、このホテルの顧客サービス水準を優れたレベルに引き上げるのにそれほど時間はかからないでしょう。スタッフを増やせば、ほとんどの問題は解決するでしょう。しかし、上記の点を踏まえても、おそらくまた泊まりたいと思います。

チェスターのクイーンホテルに3泊しましたが、期待を裏切らない素晴らしい滞在でした。ホテル全体が美しい内装で、部屋も完璧でした。レストランでは食事をしませんでしたが、バーで2回食事を注文しました。料理はボリューム満点で美味しく、種類も豊富でした。ルームサービスも素晴らしく、飲み物やサンドイッチ、スープを部屋まで届けてもらいました。朝食も最高でした。対応してくれたスタッフは皆、礼儀正しく親切で、どんな要望にも快く応えてくれました。次回チェスターを訪れる際も、必ずこのホテルを予約します。

このホテルに泊まったのはこれが2回目で、私たちの選択は主に便利な場所と素晴らしい朝食によるものでした。空港に非常に近く、夜はとても静かで、農場や草原に囲まれています。 典型的なビュッフェではないので、私たちは朝食が大好きです。代わりに、さまざまなオプションのメニューから選択でき、どれも素晴らしい味がします。レストランの装飾も素敵で、その部分に満足する以上のものになります。レストランのスタッフは熱心でフレンドリーで親切です。 注意すべき点の1つは、レセプションエリアには多くの場合ゲストがいます。これは単なる観察であり、プラスでもマイナスでもありません。受付係は常に最善を尽くし、とても親切でプロフェッショナルです。ただし、部屋のデザインは少し時代遅れです。

メインのOddfellowsホテルでのチェックインはスムーズでしたが、事前にアパートの正確な住所を知っていただければ助かっていたので、簡単に駐車できました。アパートには駐車スペースが1つありますが、入り口はきついです! アパート5は2階にあり、とても広としていました。ラウンジ/キッチン/ダイナーはよく設定されており、利用可能なお茶とコーヒーはとても歓迎されました。ベッドルームとバスルームは広く、快適で清潔でした(ただし、タオルやコート用のフックをいくつか使用できます)。ランドリールームもあります。デコフは風変わりで、場所は素晴らしいです-メインストリートのすぐそば。滞在するのに最適な場所。

Put into a disabled room ,  Television not working properly dropping signal every 5 minutes , they did say they would come back but was getting late and we was getting settled  Shower , drain making a horrendous noise AC not working properly wouldn’t drop below 16 took a long time for the room to drop temperature

Great location in a historic building. Only downside was taxi booked by hotel did not show up early morning and had to be rebooked but made my train ok

First time taking grandson to Chester with an over night stay. First impression of Hotel including location was excellent and I have only one negative from our stay which was reported to reception on checking out. There is a big problem in the hotel with bedroom doors slamming shut noisily every time someone enters or leaves a room as they have no dampening which spoilt our evening and night in our room. The rest of the hotel was excellent with a good swimming pool and restaurant. The breakfast can only be described as superb with our grandson thoroughly enjoying it. The location including the car parking was ideal for walking round Chester City Centre with a 100 yd walk to the main streets and the Levels. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for a City Break and would easily qualify for 5 stars if they could put some dampening device / closing spring on the bedroom doors.

overall is good, is clean and the swimming pool is okay but the room temperature is a little bit hot, the air-conditioning is not working

I have been to chester loads of time. Love the place. Also when i visited chester i love to go to chester oaks designer outlet. This is the first time i have stayed at the moxy hotel . The location is in a great location for the train station and it right in the canal . My friend and i stayed in room 257 . The room was very modern and clean . I would definitely stay at the moxy hotel next time i am in chester
