メダン駅から徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。素泊まりにしたので食事についてはわかりません。 チェックイン時にデポジットRp.300.000が必要ですが、領収証をきちんとくれます。 満足した点 ・部屋が広く窓も大きく明るいです。きちんと清掃されていて快適でした。 ・バスルームの水圧が強く、熱いお湯がたっぷり使えます。 ・ドライヤーの風量が強い。ホテルのドライヤーとしては感動レベルでした。 気になる点 ・コンディショナーはないので必要な方は自分で用意しましょう。 ・上階にナイトクラブ？があるのか夜にライブがあるのか、上層階に泊まるとおそらくうるさいと思います。 （私は静かな部屋を希望して6階に泊まりましたが、ズンズンとかすかに音が聞こえていました。） ・チェックインで少し待たされました。

私たちの6泊の滞在は、Ibu Rosmaliaのような勤勉な清掃員のおかげで快適でした。ビュッフェ式朝食は十分でしたが、朝食エリアにエアコンがありませんでした。汗だくになりました。エアコンを改善してください。部屋のエアコンも16℃と表示されていたのに28℃のように感じました。また、コメントしたいのですが、なぜGrabで顧客をピックアップ/ドロップオフするだけで5,000ルピアも請求する必要があるのですか？☹️☹️ Grabの運転手によると、メダンで料金を請求するホテルはダントブだけで、マリオットやアディムリアのような5つ星ホテルでさえ料金を請求しません。料金を支払う必要があるのは顧客です。私の家族が1日に3回出入りすると想像してみてください...6x5 = 30,000ルピアx 7日間 = 210,000ルピアになります...😖😖😖

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

グランド サクラ 4* ホテルは、メダン センターポイントと鉄道駅の近くという便利な場所にあります。2 つのレストラン、サービス予約カウンター、軽食販売カウンター、2 つのエレベーター、インドネシアのバティックの制服を着たフレンドリーなコンシェルジュ スタッフのチームなど、優れた設備が整っています。ビュッフェ式朝食 (午前 7 時から 10 時まで) では、おいしいナシレマと麺類を楽しめます。辛い食事の後は、味覚をリセットするために砂糖入りのプレーン ティーをお試しください。きちんとしたスタンダード ルームには、冷蔵庫、金庫などが備わります。ただし、Wi-Fi が接続されていないため、ラップトップ用に 4G データ モバイル ホットスポットを使用する必要があり、部屋の電源ソケット ポイントは少ないです。 近くには、BAI 列車が運行する混雑したおいしい飲食店 (KUPI) があり、インドネシア料理、点心、西洋料理を味わうことができます。中央のカウンターで注文の支払いを済ませてから、屋台に案内してください。Google 翻訳アプリを使用して翻訳しました。(英語からインド語) 写真には、メダン スーパーマーケットで購入できる、私のお気に入りのルーム ドリンクとビスケットも写っています。

This is my fifth times staying at the hotel. I think there are some minor decrease in services. The breakfast was not as variable. No bathrobe in closet. Bathroom amenities are fewer...

This is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

Overall cleanliness is acceptable, although its seem abit old. Its full house on the day we stay so its packed with people, but the staff are very professional and can handle things in haste.

ホテルの前にコンビニ、歩いてすぐ横にモールがあり非常に便利です。 ホテルは老朽化しており 部屋の清潔度は普通で、リネン類が少々古く傷んでいて生乾きの匂いがしました。 お湯はぬるま湯でしたが、水圧は問題ないです アメニティはありましたが、質が良さそうではないので使用していません。 最終日に気が付きましたが、 部屋のドアはオートロックのはずでしたが、閉めても閉まらず　開いている状態で外出してました。 朝食は種類はありますが　味は普通でしたがオムレツ、目玉焼きは美味しかったです。 寝るだけ、と考えれば立地が良いので問題ないと思います

It's our 3rd stays in 2026 😀😀. Every staff in the hotel is excellent. This time we choosed to stay at Rm 1615, unfortunately it was too warm weather on the day and air conditioning couldn't make it to level as we need, so we asked to replace another room for the next 2 nights, then all were very good as usual. Breakfast was still very good and with variety of choice. Of course, I just ate what I choose. No more taking a lot of images, all images were already in my past review😀😀
