Apartment is in Medan City, around 1h car ride from Kualanamu airport. It is next to DeliPark Mall which has everything you need. View from the room is calming.

センターポイントモールや地下鉄の駅まで徒歩圏内です。ホテルの前にはミクシーカフェとマートがあります。寝具はとても快適で柔らかでした。チェックインの手続きはかなり迅速でした。それはありがたかったです。お湯とシャワーも良かったです。マッサージ用のスパがあり、料金が安く、スパ用の10万IDRの割引券も付いていました。でも、スパのスタッフが部屋を掃除したり準備したり、お客様が着替えている間に出入りしたりするのではなく、マッサージの後の着替えやシャワーの時間にお客様のプライベートな時間を作ってくれたらいいのにと思います。このサービスを繰り返したくないというのは、私にとってはちょっと失礼でした。また、私のセッション全体は90分（トラディショナルマッサージ）と耳キャンドル（45分）であるべきです。午後12時20分に始まり、午後2時に終わります。そのため、正しい時間に対して支払いたい場合は絶対にお勧めしません。ホテルには、チェックアウト後に空港に戻る前に外出したりモールに行ったりしたい場合に備えて、荷物を保管するサービスがあります。私は滞在をもう一度やり直すつもりですが、スパのサービスは繰り返しません。

素敵なスタッフがいる、清潔で新しいホテルです。場所は市内中心部から少し離れていますが、それでも問題ありません。

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Very friendly service at checkin and around the lobby. Room service does a very good job but the towels are worn and not very fresh, desperately need replacing. Only 2x towels are given, plus a floor mat. Nothing else. Feels like a 3-4 star hotel with budget level amenities. Pity.

フロントデスク: 最初からチェックアウトまで、本当に素晴らしい人たちでした。サービスのレベルは、マレーシア、シンガポール、フィリピン、ベトナム、タイで私が泊まったどのホテルとも比べものになりません。これらの国を旅行すると、ほとんどの場合、西洋人を崇拝する傾向がありますが、インドネシアでは誰もがゲストとして平等に扱われます。 このホテルで私が抱えた唯一の問題は部屋でした。薄暗く、ノートパソコンや仕事用のガジェットを差し込むためのプラグやUSBポイントがなく、仕事に快適な椅子やテーブルもありませんでした。出張だったので、強力なWiFiも必要でした。(私の部屋だけで、他のことはわかりません)。しかし、運転手が空港に着いたとき、なぜグランド・インナに泊まることにしたのかと聞かれました。 このホテルは大幅なアップグレードと改装が必要です。ロケーションは市内中心部にあり、周りに素敵な飲食店がありますが、部屋はそれほど良くありません。 でも、食事は素晴らしいです。

施設は快適で清潔で、まるで自宅にいるようにくつろげました。カスタマーサービスチームは問題解決に尽力してくれ、部屋もアップグレードしてくれました。警備員の方も親切でした。

A place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car . About the hotel... Receptionists were friendly and attentive 2 last elevator to reach floor Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot But sad thing... Place is poorly maintained Pillows past their shelf life. Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors .. So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

Stayed at De Paris Hotel and overall had a good experience. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the first room, as it was dripping water. However, after reporting the problem, the staff responded promptly and arranged a room change without any hassle. The new room was comfortable and everything worked well for the rest of my stay. I appreciate how quickly the team handled the situation and their willingness to ensure guest comfort. Good customer service can make a big difference, and the staff did a great job resolving the issue. Overall, a pleasant stay and a positive experience.
