While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. I really enjoyed the food. The view is also stunning. However, the pool feels a bit small, and the fitness center has limited hours. The rooms are decent, I have a very nice sleep. highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the city center.

Booked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping. Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it. It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom. Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer. Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!

clean and strategic location in center of Palembang city

Check in time must be after 2! I was arrived about 1.45pm! They can not provide you for early check in! Because of my flight landed around 1 PM and I'm prepared to check in first because of the location far from downtown! Breakfast was ok! More variety of food!

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

Ok sich hotelnya cukup bersih, tapi harus ada beberapa yg diperbaiki, seperti keran wastafel, kemudian sabun kalo dengan shampoo, bisa ditulis sabun + shampoo, lalu..., kalo breakfast ada pempek sbg makanan khas Palembang, dan juga TV lagi ada masalah sich pas saya datang Yang lainnya oke, dekat martabak Har yg legenda, tx Yach Luminor

サービスも良く、立地も良く、設備も良かったです。ただ残念なことに、昨日ハリウッドタイプのベッドをリクエストしたところ、WhatsAppで承認され、部屋は確保されているとのことでした。しかし、到着してみるとツインベッドでした。でも、快適に眠れたのでそれで良かったです。ありがとうございました。
