Great one night stay and great fairy trail for the children!! The staff were welcoming and helpful and food was fantastic!! Will defo come back for longer next time in area!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The hotel room was spacious and bright. We had the hottest Irish day in 3 years which was fantastic but it overheated the room and took until late evening to cool off as there is no aircon. Room service was excellent but there seemed to be too few staff in the restaurant to keep the breakfast supplies constantly full. Food was great. Overall a great place to stay.

This was previously a fantastic hotel but our recent stay was a little disappointing 😞. The room was cold ( despite putting on the air con ), breakfast items not replaced or very slow to replace and significant waiting time for a table in the morning. No hot water in the morning ( at the sink ). Overall, not the fabulous hotel that it was in previous years.

酒店是個城堡，非常大，辦理入住給了個非常邊角的房間（但自己也沒當場提要求就是），大家對房間樓層位置有要求的話可以在前台提出，應該能拿到滿意的房間吧，因為房間位置很邊角，從前台到房間的路程像在走迷宮，一路上穿過無數道防火安全門（真！！！！）但酒店服務挺好的，早餐也很豐盛，同時入住期間也在酒店的餐廳吃了晚餐，泰式咖喱雞飯，全是雞肉，但米飯難吃（應該是這裏沒幾個人點這個飯吧，感覺米是放了很久）

這一間酒店，無論外觀和内部都太美了 這間酒店有Spa和打高爾夫球的服務，像一個古堡一樣 而且職員親切有禮，房間很大 乾淨，還提供水和早餐 十分滿意
