Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful!  And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year!  The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat!  But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

An exceptional hotel experience. The hotel combines luxury, elegance, and outstanding comfort. The reception staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Excellent service, beautiful facilities, and a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended.

全体的に良い滞在でした。朝食はもっと多様かもしれません。部屋とバスルームにもっとアメニティがあるのはグースでしょう。ミシュランのスターレストランは美味しかったです。

Service could be better, poor communication style for a 5 star hotel. Dining options are limited. Otherwise it is clean and comfortable.

まず、ホテルの客室レイアウトと快適さは申し分ありません。しかし、ヒルトンホテルとしては期待外れでした。 まず、到着時にドアを開けてくれる人も、荷物を運んでくれる人もいませんでした。受付係が少し離れたところに立っているだけで、チェックインのためにスーツケースを何段もの階段を上らなければなりませんでした。チェックイン後、受付係が何とかスタッフを呼んで荷物を運んでくれましたが、そのスタッフは手伝う気がないようでした。なんと、スーツケースを全部エレベーターに押し込もうとして、そのまま立ち去ろうとしたのですが、エレベーターが大きすぎて無理だったようです。 次に、部屋の清掃が遅れました。ある朝、チェックアウト前に清掃が必要な旨を記したカードを掛けておいたのですが、午後に戻ってみると清掃されておらず、フロントに行って清掃を依頼しなければなりませんでした。 さらに、チェックアウトの際、フロントのシステムとスタッフが混乱していました。予約時に宿泊料金を全額支払ったにもかかわらずです。チェックアウトの際、スタッフから宿泊料金を再度支払うように言われたので戸惑いましたが、すぐにマネージャーに止められました。

非常有歷史的一個飯店，處處顯示她的高貴，服務人員非常友善，都很樂意來協助我們的各種需求，房間應付的景觀非常好，如果預算允許，極力推薦，早餐非常精緻好吃，晚上還有Band的演奏, 位置位於市中心不論去老城區或是坐船進行跳島之旅都非常便利，真的是不錯的好飯店,另外他們的游泳池跟Spa設備非常非常的棒，記得一定要去享受♥️

很古老的城堡，房間又大又美，窗外景色也很棒。很值得回味的住宿體驗。晚餐很棒，侍酒師很專業，早餐一般般。
