We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & ***aged to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

everything was perfect. very delicious food and chef's special are a ”MUST TRY” thing. Rooms are clean and well equipped. well mannered and friendly staff. services are quick. open garden restaurant is definitely a plus. very pocket friendly hotel. highly recommended.

Have stayed here many times in the last one year. The hotel is the most premium property available in Bilaspur city and very good for business travellers. Check in and check out- Mr. Abhishek at front desk made things very swift and smooth. Rooms are uptodate. Only have some complains with the aircon, where the thermostat was not keeping temp under control. Had to switch on and off manually from time to time. Breakfast was a very nice spread and Chef Dharmendra made you feel really pampered. A good change one can see since last 2-3 months is very polite, warm and helpful nature of the team making you feel very welcome. For choosing rooms be very careful not to get a room near a pub in the neighborhood mall from which the music continues till late night, making it difficult to sleep.

Best hotel in Raipur city, Excellent services. All staff very helpfull they are very professional in their work. And also reception staff , Management very helpfull, Very excellent services . One of the best places to stay Raipur. I recommend the business community to stay here if you are coming to chattisgarh.

Hotel is very near to the airport. Rooms are spacious and with good amenities, Pool is little small. Food menu is good and food quality is superb. Breakfast menu is also very good. They also have a very good park for morning and evening stroll. But some maintenance issues are to be addressed. Wifi is very weak

This is an old , well maintained and very popular hotel in Raipur. The entrance lobby has a huge chandelier which so good to look at when lighted. Staff are very courteous and food also is very good. Location is very central and easy to get. Rooms are spacious and toilet too are good & clean. We had dinner via room service and food was served hot and well cooked and in real good taste. Morning breakfast in restaurant was again delicious and specially the white rasogullas served were awesome. Probably there is no outdoor garden here. We checked in late in evening and left next day before noon for onward journey. Thank you very much Babylon for the good experience staying with you !!!

I would like to say that overall Downton Hotel is a very good hotel. It is getting converted into Regenta in. The GM Mr Shankar Jha and Manager Mr Shailendra are very hospitable. The rooms give a feel of a good 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and has all amenities. Bed, office table, kettle, fridge, cupboard, locker etc. The room lighting should be improved. The food here is very good and tasty. Not very spicy and oily. The staff is very helpful. I stayed her with 30 plus guest for my sisters wedding for 4 days and everyone enjoyed. They have a very spacious lobby and Haldi ceremony was organised there. The mehendi and Sangeet in their hall. Best wishes to Regenta Inn Raipur

I was in Raipur for a business purpose and that is when I stumbled upon this place. The whole process from pre-booking to checkout was extremely smooth. •The hotel was very courteous while handling the queries and they were extremely polite. The hotel is close to the railway station so that gives it a geographical advantage while commuting in and around the city. Adding to the well established infrastructure, it is also equipped with a gym and other facilities. The food served here is extremely delicious and you'll be left wanting for some more • Overall if you're in Raipur, I can vouch for this place that you'll have a pleasant stay. The property is well maintained. The breakfast menu could have been better. Too limited options. The staff however was very nice and made coffee / tea / omlette as per the request. The towels in the bathroom and the bedsheets were not that good. Looked dirty.
