ホテルは本当に美しくてきれいでした！スタッフはとても丁寧で、ショッピングモールにとても近く、近くの町の観光スポットを訪れたいときはいつでも交通機関がとても便利なので、またこのホテルを訪れると思います。

I was with my sister, booked a suite room and everything is so clean. The staff are so friendly, ifnyou need anything theyre attentive. All smiles whenver they serve food. It was a great stay, would recommend this hotel. Its a nice place to watxh the sunset too, the pool has no obstructed view if you love sunsets.

정말 오래된 건물에 나무냄새가 나는 방입니다. 일단 친절하고 깔끔하고 시내골목에 위치도 좋습니다. 세련된것을 좋아하신다면 싫어하실수도 있습니다. 하지만 비건시티의 역사적관점으로 생각한다면 아주 좋은 경험이 될수 있을겁니다. 다만 주차공간이 멀리있고 레스토랑이 형편없습니다. 외부에서 사드시는걸 추천드립니다

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフ。私たちが泊まった日はバンド演奏と無料カクテルがありました。唯一の欠点は部屋のエアコンがあまり冷えなかったことです。どこかで読んだレビューと同じです。ビュッフェ式朝食は超最低でした！ホテルは満室で、頼み込んだ結果、めまいと熱で下がれなかった娘に朝食のプレートを持ってきてくれるよう頼みました。 値段以上の価値があります。必ずまた行きます

Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

Nice place in a rural area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there were some insects, including small cockroach.

迅速でフレンドリーなサービス、清潔で見た目も美しい部屋とリゾート全体、強力なエアコン、良い水圧、虫なし、チェックイン時の無料のスナックと飲み物、トロピカルな景色を望む素敵なパティオ、リゾートの周りには暑くて蒸し暑い夏に必要な日陰を提供するたくさんの木やその他の緑、敷地内に2つのレストラン（アメリカ料理とフィリピン料理）、フィリピン料理レストランでの朝食付き。フィリピン料理レストランのスタッフは私たちがベジタリアンであることに気づくと、肉中心のビュッフェとは別に、温かく美しく盛り付けられた食事を用意してくれました。この追加の努力は非常にありがたかったです。また、多種多様なアイスクリームが敷地内で簡単にアクセスして購入できるのも気に入りました。夏の暑さと湿気の中で涼むのに間違いなく役立ちました。この地域の他のリゾートと比較して、アウレオは断然私たちのお気に入りです。

ミックスフルーツとワインの素敵なサプライズがありました。若い人にはお菓子のプレゼントも。このホリデーシーズンに最適です。部屋はとても広く、柔らかい枕と毛布が備わっています。ロフトに泊まりました。部屋はロフトとグラウンドフロアの両方に条件があり、家族連れにも適しています。荷物や衣服を置くスペースを忘れていましたが、短期滞在にはまだ大丈夫です。広場とクリソロゴ通りがすぐ近くにあるので、強くお勧めします。
