部屋は非常に綺麗で新しく、広々としていました！ サウナは20PLN/1人1時間の追加料金がかかり、フロントで予約必須です。水着も持参が必要です。 早めに予約してかなり安く泊まれたので、コスパはかなり良かったと思います。立地も非常に便利でした。 バスローブやスリッパもあり、良かったです ただ何点か気になったことがあり ・予約が確認できないと言われ20分ほど待たされ、結果ホテル側の不手際だったのですが最後まで謝罪がなかった。 ・チェックイン時間に大行列ができ、チェックインするのに数十分かかっている方もいた。 ・部屋の枕元のコンセントが4つ全て使えなかった(部屋に備え付けのライト等では使用できるのに、携帯の充電等ができなかった。他の場所のコンセントでは充電できたので充電器の不具合ではない) ・キングベッド1つで予約していたのに、ツインルームだった。1人で宿泊したので実質ベッドの大きさが半分になった。 ・チェックイン時間(15時)に周辺の部屋の掃除が終わっておらず、18時頃までドタバタとした音と振動が響いて落ち着かなかった。 ・吹き抜けを囲むように部屋が設置されているが、一周できるように完全に繋がっているわけではないため、エレベーターを間違えると部屋まで非常に遠い可能性がある。

The location is perfect. And the breakfast is good. It would be better is the hotel can care about the details, for example, no sanitary bad was refilled and the body lotion provided is stuck and the lotion cannot come out from the bottle. Anyway, the hotel is recommended

部屋は素敵で、小さめでしたがコンパクトでした。 テレビは主にポーランドのチャンネルでしたが、CNNとユーロニュースも視聴できました。 シャワーはあまり良くありませんでした（水圧が弱かったです）。 ロビーに入ってすぐの設備は乏しく、受付に椅子が数脚あるだけで、他にはバーがあるだけでしたが、バーは営業日と時間が限られていました。 部屋の清掃は毎日行われると思っていましたが、リクエストする必要がありました。 紅茶とコーヒーの種類は非常に限られており、基本的なものしかありませんでした。コーヒーメーカーもありませんでした。 クローゼットにはハンガーが少なかったですが、部屋には引き出しや衣類を置く場所は十分にありました。 受付で「特別タクシー」を80ズウォティで予約したのですが、空港到着時にタクシー運転手から130ズウォティを請求されました。 これは明らかにホテルのミスで、少しストレスを感じましたが、最終的には80ズウォティで済みました。 総合的な評価としては、4つ星ではなく3つ星から3.5つ星といったところでしょうか。

Q Hotel Plus Wrocławでの滞在は、静謐な卓越性と細やかな配慮に満ちたもので、あらゆる細部に至るまで、思いやりとプロ意識が感じられました。スタッフは、親切で気配りがあり、それでいて効率的な、真のホスピタリティを体現しており、到着から出発まで、心地よい雰囲気を作り出してくれました。ホテルの設備はモダンで洗練されており、過剰な装飾はなく快適さを提供し、客室は清潔感と静謐な秩序が際立っていました。ヴロツワフという立地は、アクセスの良さと静けさという稀有なバランスを実現しており、街の活気を感じながらも、隠れ家のような感覚を保つことができました。全体として、一貫性があり、洗練された体験であり、サービス、清潔さ、そして考え抜かれたデザインに根ざした、控えめながらも上質なラグジュアリーという印象を残しました。

Ich bin restlos begeistert! Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an war alles perfekt – der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, das stilvolle Ambiente und der makellose Service haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit und der traumhafte Ausblick vom Fenster aus. Auch das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen! Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, ist das Personal: aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen – ob für einen Kurzurlaub, eine Geschäftsreise oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

The apartment is located in a nice modern area, new and spacious, it was also very well equipped , everything is clear and tidy. I'd highly recommend the restaurant, the food is delicious and not expensive, though the menu was only in polish. The only disappointment was that the bed was listed as a queen size bed when booking, but just a normal standard double. Also check-in time was a bit late. But overall, this stay was great value for money and I was quite satisfied

絶好のロケーション(町の中心部に非常に近い)、町旅行の出発点として理想的です。場所はモダンな(ガラスとレンガ)ホテルではなく、昔ながらの古いスタイルの建物にありますが、町で時間を過ごすなら問題ありません。エアコンがないので、暑い夏にその場所を訪れるかどうかは関係ありません。近くにパブがあるので(私は推測します)騒がしいかもしれません(滞在中にこれを経験しなかったので推測します)。

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! - 5-10mins walk to the old town centre, 1min from the shopping mall, easy to get there, very convenient! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are tidied and clean! Halls and shared spaces are just what we needed for the group of 11 friends. Plus: Drinkable water is refillable at any time.

We booked a family room with a sofa bed, but the room was quite small for two adults and two kids. Additionally, there were limited food options available near the hotel.
