الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was handled with care, and the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

الموظفين لطيفين ومتعاونين، والمكان نظيف ومرتب.
الموقع رائع وقريب من المطار، وكمان مطل على البحر الأسود.
أنصح فيه بشدة!
Honestly, the hotel in Trabzon was great! 🤩
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy.
Location is perfect, super close to the airport, and it has an amazing view of the Black Sea.
Highly recommend it

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

すべてが完璧です、
場所は中心部から少し離れており、丘の上にあり、ホテルに行くには車が必要ですが、景色は素晴らしいです。
部屋は広くて清潔で、ベッドは快適です。

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

ホテルに関するすべてが素晴らしかった。清潔さは素晴らしく、設備は素晴らしく、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。
ホテルの場所は絶対に完璧です-必要なものはすべて近くにあります。リゼやウズンゲル、さらにはジョージア州バトゥミなどのトラブゾン北部への日帰り旅行を計画している場合は特に便利です。ホテルから徒歩わずか1分のセベハルモールの向かいにある地元のツアー会社と簡単に調整してピックアップできます。
唯一の欠点は、滞在の最後の2日間の朝食でした。ビュッフェ式朝食はなく、代わりにセットプレートを提供しました。当時、ホテルには十分なゲストがいなかったためだと思います。
全体的に、それは素晴らしい滞在でした、私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします

كل شئ تمام ماعدا العزل في السقف ضعيف يعني الغرفه الي كنت فيها اذا فتح الماء في الحمام اكرمكم الله الذي في الطابق الاعلى منه يزعجني هذي الملاحظة الوحيدة

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

ゲゲストI had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

LLazankaI had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months.
Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person.
The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather.
Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

ゲゲストGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

ゲゲストThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.
