フランスブルゴーニュ・フランシュ・コンテで、ジムのあるホテル

Ctripのカスタマーサービスには特に感銘を受けました。電話への応答が迅速で、問題も迅速に解決し、親身になって対応し、明確かつ簡潔な説明をしてくれました。私が長年Ctripを利用し続けているのは、そのカスタマーサービスが大きな安心感を与えてくれるからです。このホテルは素晴らしく、部屋は広々としていて明るく、とても清潔で、朝食も種類が豊富で、フロントのスタッフも親切でした。

ブルゴーニュの首都の究極の目的地、中心部に位置し、係員付き駐車サービスも提供しています。狭い廊下や小さな部屋のドアに惑わされることなく、モダンな設備が整った部屋に入ると別世界が広がります。ホテル全体が素晴らしい芸術作品や絵画で飾られ、快適なホテルです。

ディジョンにあるこのホテルはなかなか良いです。新しく、エアコン完備で清潔です。市内中心部に位置し、徒歩圏内にあり、比較的静かです。しかし、滞在中にいくつか小さなトラブルがありました。最初に泊まった部屋の窓が壊れていて閉まりませんでした。新しい部屋に移動した後、エアコンの吹き出し口がうるさかったので、結局元の部屋に戻って窓を修理してもらうことになり、時間がかかりました。チェックイン時のサービスは平均的でした。Ctripで朝食付きの部屋を予約しましたが、到着時にホテル側から朝食は含まれていないと言われ、Ctrip側で確認するまでに時間がかかりました。朝食の種類は少なく、ごく普通でした。全体的に見て、長所と短所があり、個人の好みによって選択が分かれると思います。

This was a trip with my family. As this stop was on the way to the south of France, the location was perfect, close to the main road. Sound insulation in the rooms is very good. The hotel is new, everything looks fresh and the rooms are very spacious, the double room has two double beds. The Bathroom had everything you need, good quality 100% vegan shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was excellent. Good choice of products, all very tasty and fresh. The hotel is a perfect choice to break the journey about halfway from Calais to Nice.

We loved our time at Cedre. Hotel was beautiful, well-appointed, and service was excellent. Reverent out of their way to ensure your experience was excellent. Breakfast was good. We rented e-bikes from the hotel to ride the wine trails, loved the library / fireplace area. Location is walkable to downtown without being in the middle the city. We look forward to coming back!

Très bon acceuil, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute (Sylvie, Tristan, ainsi que le personnel au moment des repas). Tres bonne cuisine. Literie très confortable et chambre très calme. Aucuns bruits , surtout la nuit, malgré la proximité de la voie rapide. Emplacement parfait, proximité du tram, permettant de se déplacer dans Dijon tout en laissant la voiture sur le parking gratuit de l' hôtel. Nous reviendrons.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. But the bathroom faucet was kind of odd. It came out too much so was in the way when you are brushing your teeth. Hotel is close to tram stop Auditorium. Also there is a supermarket close by very convenient to buy water and snacks. Town is 15 min walk away.

Nous sommes satisfait de l’hôtel et des prestations offertes. La chambre était très bien et la télé un vrai plus ! C’était calme paisible. Petit bémol : Le matelas était un peu trop dur et la douche malheureusement ne retenait pas assez l’eau ce qui fait que nous avons faillit tomber après la douche. Malgré cela je conseil et re conseil cet hôtel ! + l’équipe du petit déjeuner était très agréable il y avait des choix variés pour tous les goûts merci !

Le petit déjeuner est varié . les enfants aiment beaucoup jouer dans le coins des enfants, c’est très sympathique.
