l'hotel è davvero carino e in posizione strategica, le camere sono molto pulite e curate e hanno un'aria un po' fané che ho trovato molto affascinante. La colazione è ottima, con diverse torte fatte in casa. Ma la cosa migliore in assoluto è stata l'accoglienza: il proprietario è stato gentilissimo fin da prima del nostro arrivo, super disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza, ci ha fatto sentire davvero ben accolte e coccolate... è raro ormai trovare persone così professionali e cortesi. The reception was professional, courteous and friendly. At the restaurant they have always been very attentive to my food problems. They always made changes to the dishes provided, bringing me real delicacies. The opportunities of the Spa are many. In the internal part there is the sauna, the frigidarium, the hammam, the swimming pool with multiple types of hydromassage and water beds for relaxation. In the structure they offer various types of massage. I did foot reflexology on the last day; I couldn't do the floating tub which recreates the Dead Sea experience. The three outdoor pools overlooking the Palazzo di Fiuggi have a temperature of 37 degrees and are exceptional. You can sit there chatting in hot water, sipping a gin and tonic and eating the local hot white pizza. Those at the bar, like all the hotel staff, are very good. We went with a tour operator from Vicenza and we also had a Yoga and Pilates course, given by competent people. The trip included a group and a professional guide who was part of the hotel and who took us on the path of San Benedetto. The walk did not have a religious motivation, but rather justified the 22 km covered in 2 days and produced the curiosity that places like this arouse. The rooms were very warm and clean. On New Year's Eve I would have expected music for all ages. I must say that as good as it was, I would like something different for New Year's Eve dinner.

Sono stato qui per un pranzo di lavoro con i colleghi. Recensisco solo il ristorante perché a parte il convegno abbiamo usufruito solo di questo. Menù molto interessante, tecnica, colori e soprattutto sapori veramente di alto livello. Giusto per dare un'idea: - per antipasto: uovo croccante, zucchine spadellate e ricotta salata (con quelli che a me sono sembrati petali di violetta, edibili e che davano un profumo particolare); - primo: gnocchi con guanciale e asparagi glassati; - secondo: costolette di agnello, maionese alla menta, topinambur e padellata di cicoria (unico appunto il topinambur, che a mio parere era troppo secco); - dolce: uova di cioccolato bianco, mousse alla vaniglia e mango (pazzeschi gli accostamenti tra mango e cioccolata bianca; molte sfumature raggiunte con julienne di frutta, bacche di bosco e di nuovo petali profumati; forse il piatto migliore). Grande attenzione per i celiaci. Hanno adattato i piatti (nel menù fisso) senza battere ciglio e senza preavviso. Personale sorridente, efficiente e cortese. Ignoro se servano anche clienti estranei all'albergo o ad eventi organizzati. Ma se lo facessero, valutate seriamente di venire qui perché merita.
