good budget stay in Kawayu Onsen, service is ok, not very passionate, Room is traditional Japanese style, everything is clean and spot on, You get what you pay for, it is a good place to stay for a night.

Avoid this company at all costs. We paid for their service but they were not able to fulfil our requests at that time. They promised to refund - it has been 2 years and we are still chasing for our money back. They just conveniently ignore our messages and and pretend nothing happened. Very dishonest company. I would not recommend them.
