We stayed in Kejora Villa number 9 for 10 nights with my in laws. The location is fabulous along the beach and with the Icon Mall next door. While the villa is a lovely layout it, it has faults. The bathroom only has one sink in the second bedroom. The kitchen was very lacking in utentsil's and crockery. Staff never took away bags of cans we left out to be collected which can be overlooked as everyday they came promptly to clean. I told them not to clean my child's room since they cleaned the entire thing including all her mess, for me that was not their job it was hers. I instructed them to change sheets and towels if there was a big mess. She was lovely saying she was happy to clean her mess up. The lamp shade fell off my side of the bed one night. The pool was quite cold as it doesnt get much sun, while it has a lovely garden area on one side the rest of the garden had plastic plants!! YES plastic plants!! I know the owner lives here generally but Bali is so tropical you def do not need plastic plants. If you think your staying in sleepy Sanur, think again, that beach path is very busy early morning, day and night!!!

We recently stayed in Villa 7 & it was magical! This 3 bedroom villa is beautifully decorated & immaculately kept. Arie & Kadek & the team cleaned our villa & garden every day of our stay. They even cooked us a magnificent breakfast in the villa one morning upon request. This is my 4th stay at Kejora villa 7 & the staff feel like family now. The bedrooms are spacious & the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen & dining & lounge area are perfect for large groups. The location couldn’t be better with the beach at one end of the driveway & the Main Street at the other, a few metres walk to gorgeous beachside restaurants & the Icon Shopping Centre. The Villa and facilities were excellent. The staff are so super friendly and helpful. The standard of cleanliness was excellent with staff cleaning the villa on a daily basis at an agreed time with fresh towels and bedding daily. Definitely booking this villa again on my next visit to Bali. It Is ideally situated with easy beach access. Room / Villa service from the Glasshouse was exceptional

We booked Villa 7 for a family holiday, 4 adults and 2 children 7 and 2. The 2 large bedrooms with big comfortable beds and they’re own ensuite’s were great for the 4 adults. The booking staff were great, organising temporary pool fencing, a must with a curious 2 year old, a portable cot and a high chair. The smaller bedroom had a double bed and it’s own ensuite, perfect for the 7 year old. The pool was clean and plenty big enough for us all. There was a full kitchen, dining and lounge area with comfortable seating and a big screen tv. A full size fridge was a bonus. The whole place was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Sanur and Kejora Villas. The staff were fabulous and though we had a few small issues with toilets, sinks etc they were quickly fixed (with a smile). I give an average review because of one of the bedrooms. Two of us slept together for 5 nights as one of our friends could not stay in her bedroom. It was noisy from talking and scooters down the drive (and the construction but we were aware and accepted that). There was no natural light except for the door and a tiny bathroom . The whole room was the size of some of the other bathrooms. It was constantly full of mosquitoes and smelt very damp. It is basically like an add on closet not a bedroom. By Australian standards it was very average to say the least. Everything else was perfect.
