We recently had to stay in this hotel. I booked it online and we had an instant confirmation (Thanks by the way to Trip.com app as well). Everything was smooth, even the check in and check out. The room was clean, but we had some issues with mosquitoes in our room.最安値€55

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word.
The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam.
I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.最安値€65

The location is within the heart of the city. There are bank atm, fast foods, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. Being a one or two star hotel accommodation and staff service is minimal. Great for short time stay and for solo travelers on tight budget only.最安値€26

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at the front desk. The male staff member was not attentive at all; when I asked him to ensure that my extension was updated, he assured me he would take care of it. However, around 12 noon the next day, I received a call on my mobile from the front desk while I was in a meeting, inquiring if I would be extending my stay.
Additionally, I noticed that during the night, the front desk staff appeared disengaged, busy playing on their phones while I was providing instructions. This level of service does not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better attentiveness and professionalism.
