最初は通り過ぎてしまいました。バンクーバーにはジャンキーがたくさんいます。旅行前にはよく調べてください。どの通りにいても、入り口前に人が寝転がっています。バンクーバーは短期滞在の拠点として利用しましょう。ホステル自体は悪くないのですが、トイレとシャワーは男女混合です。例えば化粧をしている時に、隣で歯磨きをしている男性が常にいるんです。ドアがものすごく大きな音で閉まるので、とてもうるさいです。朝食は美味しく、水とコーヒーはいつでも用意されていました。年齢層が幅広いのも良かったです。

ロケーションは素晴らしく、ウォーターフロントから徒歩数分でした。1階はバーになっており、夜のチェックイン時は非常に騒がしかったですが、部屋にはほとんど聞こえませんでした。チェックイン時にフロントでバーの割引券をもらいましたが、日中のみ使用可能とのことでした。 部屋は広々としていましたが、充電コンセントは部屋の入り口付近に1つしかなく、各ベッドから遠く、4人利用するには不十分でした。衛生状態もあまり良くなく、連泊しても清掃はありません。窓があり、扇風機も常時回っていましたが、それでも換気が悪く、息苦しく、匂いがこもっていました。 女性用浴室は鍵で開ける必要がありました。シャワールームは非常に狭く、シャワーヘッドは壁に固定されており、水量の調節もできませんでした。ドアには「毎日最初の使用時はお湯が出るまで10分かかる」と注意書きがありましたが、チェックアウトの日は10分以上待ってもお湯が出ず、シャワーを諦めました。 1階の共用エリアは広かったですが、滞在中、他の宿泊客との交流は全くありませんでした。ただ、ある深夜、一人の宿泊客が私に個人的な事情（家族に家を追い出されたことや、毎日の生活について）を一方的に話しかけてきました。そのため、共用エリアで快適に過ごすことができませんでした。危険性はないのかもしれませんが、非常に不快で不安を感じ、ホステルはもう少し宿泊客を選別すべきだと感じました。 部屋での飲食は禁止されており、食品は1階のキッチンに保管する必要がありましたが、購入した食材が翌日には誰かに食べられてしまっており、非常に不快でした。 予約後に無料SIMカードがあるというSMSを受け取りましたが、連日フロントで尋ねても、「申し訳ありません、もうなくなりました」という同じ回答しか得られず、結局受け取れませんでした。

We live in the heart of Chinatown and although it is very vibrant, fantastic, and safe you will see homeless people and people in active addiction in the neighborhood. For the most part, these folks are harmless, but it can be sad and heartbreaking to see. There are multiple reasons for this - far too many to delve into here; all three levels of government are working on making it better. While our suite is several blocks south of the epicenter you are likely to encounter homelessness or addiction issues. Please note this is prevalent throughout downtown Vancouver, and if you are uncomfortable with these encounters you may prefer to stay at a high-end hotel or choose a property outside of downtown. We have lived in the neighborhood for over 12 years and have never experienced any violence or problems and neither have any of our guests. Having said that, please do not let anyone into the building behind you. リーズナブルな価格で、清潔で広いベッドルーム、共用の台所、居間が使えるのはとてもいいです。オーナーが元住んでいたらしく、家のレベルは高いです。 しかし、郊外の住宅街なので飲食店も近くになく、センターに行くのにバスで30〜40分はかかる。 ここは車を持っている家族か複数の人間が泊まる宿だと思う。周辺は車が通らない広い通りなので、たぶん停められとは思いますが、オーナーに要確認です。

最初は通り過ぎてしまいました。バンクーバーにはジャンキーがたくさんいます。旅行前にはよく調べてください。どの通りにいても、入り口前に人が寝転がっています。バンクーバーは短期滞在の拠点として利用しましょう。ホステル自体は悪くないのですが、トイレとシャワーは男女混合です。例えば化粧をしている時に、隣で歯磨きをしている男性が常にいるんです。ドアがものすごく大きな音で閉まるので、とてもうるさいです。朝食は美味しく、水とコーヒーはいつでも用意されていました。年齢層が幅広いのも良かったです。

ロケーションは素晴らしく、ウォーターフロントから徒歩数分でした。1階はバーになっており、夜のチェックイン時は非常に騒がしかったですが、部屋にはほとんど聞こえませんでした。チェックイン時にフロントでバーの割引券をもらいましたが、日中のみ使用可能とのことでした。 部屋は広々としていましたが、充電コンセントは部屋の入り口付近に1つしかなく、各ベッドから遠く、4人利用するには不十分でした。衛生状態もあまり良くなく、連泊しても清掃はありません。窓があり、扇風機も常時回っていましたが、それでも換気が悪く、息苦しく、匂いがこもっていました。 女性用浴室は鍵で開ける必要がありました。シャワールームは非常に狭く、シャワーヘッドは壁に固定されており、水量の調節もできませんでした。ドアには「毎日最初の使用時はお湯が出るまで10分かかる」と注意書きがありましたが、チェックアウトの日は10分以上待ってもお湯が出ず、シャワーを諦めました。 1階の共用エリアは広かったですが、滞在中、他の宿泊客との交流は全くありませんでした。ただ、ある深夜、一人の宿泊客が私に個人的な事情（家族に家を追い出されたことや、毎日の生活について）を一方的に話しかけてきました。そのため、共用エリアで快適に過ごすことができませんでした。危険性はないのかもしれませんが、非常に不快で不安を感じ、ホステルはもう少し宿泊客を選別すべきだと感じました。 部屋での飲食は禁止されており、食品は1階のキッチンに保管する必要がありましたが、購入した食材が翌日には誰かに食べられてしまっており、非常に不快でした。 予約後に無料SIMカードがあるというSMSを受け取りましたが、連日フロントで尋ねても、「申し訳ありません、もうなくなりました」という同じ回答しか得られず、結局受け取れませんでした。

おそらく古い建物を改装したようなホテルではなく、エアビアンビ感の強い宿ですので、キッチンもあり自由に利用できます(使用していません)。出入りは番号キーで、メールで飛んでくるので、顔を合わせずに利用できます。宿泊施設はきれいで、私の場合は部屋に食べ物や飲み物などが無料で提供されていました。ホストは親切カット。ただし、通常のホテルのような方法で運営されていないため、常にマネージャーを見ることができるか、しない。 価格が適正であれば、次回も利用するつもりです
