It’s a good period that we stayed in Palm marina, I liked the food and how’s everyday different Menu, the service is bit slow but we must be understanding how the hard work is, I’m pleasure with the animation team specially the animator Hossem he is a good dancer and friendly to every client here I hope we come again next summer.

到着したので、汚れたシーツと金型のために部屋を切り替えなければなりませんでした。金型はほとんど1階にいますので、何とか1階に部屋がある場合は、外を少しチェックするのが賢明です。5つ星ホテル、客室(最初の1つで見つけたので、もっとチェックアウトする機会がありました)他の5つ星ホテルと比較して最高のケースで3つ星、ロビーエリアは少し素敵でした、間違いなく4つ星で評価します、レストランの一般的な部分は大丈夫でしたが、間違いなく5つ星ではなく、プライベート部分は5つに近いと言えます。フレンドリーな掃除物、彼らはタオルから動物の数字を私たちにしました。全体的な経験はかなり貧弱でした、部屋の金庫は機能しなかったので、それはまた一種の不満でした。これをお勧めしません。

Прекрасный персонал, вежливый и ненавязчивый, шоу анимации супер классное. Номер с видом на море нас устроил. Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!

Very nice Hotel. All the Team are very friendly and funny. The Animation Team are very funny and outgoinging they Help you in any Situation If you need anything they are there. When i Had to dicide I would come Back anytime. The food ist also great. Lots of Love to Rico, Tito, Franko, Cookie, Ramos , Yada , Wafa and Mario.

昨年11月チュニジアに旅行行った時宿泊しました。長旅だったのでとても疲れていました。チュニジアでは高級ホテルです。

このホテルの歓迎はとても良いです。 美しいプールには子供がいます。子供たちは全部います。 3台のテレビ局はいいですが、環境はまだ美しいです。 このホテルを強くお勧めします

The lobby exuded warmth, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. 🌴 A Clean Oasis: El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui takes cleanliness seriously. My room was impeccably maintained—fresh linens, spotless floors, and a pristine bathroom. It’s the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay truly memorable. 🤗 Staff That Steals Hearts: The real magic, however, lies in the people. The staff at El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui were not just courteous; they were genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was the front desk team, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant servers, their smiles were infectious. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort, and for that, I’m truly grateful. 🍽️ Breakfast Bliss: Each morning, I look forward to the complimentary breakfast. The spread was delightful—fresh fruits, pastries, and aromatic coffee. It set the tone for my day of exploration in beautiful Tunisia. 🏊‍♀️ Poolside Serenity: The pool area was my sanctuary. Lounging by the water, sipping on a cool drink, I couldn’t help but appreciate the well-maintained surroundings. Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
