Convenient location that puts you close to everything, but the area also quiets down early enough to be able to rest peacefully. The staff was wonderful and so was the free fresh made breakfast. The room we stayed in did get a bit warm in the middle of the day and it had no AC or fan, but it was not a big deal since we were rarely there at that time. Not an issue at all mornings or nights.

Could be so much better but perfect location. We had two nights here in the tiniest darkest room imaginable . Hardly any room to put ‘back packs ‘ Think it is more like a backpackers hostel than hotel . Sink had broken tap . Our room was on ground floor ( maybe we were just unlucky ) The staff are lovely , the location for centre of town was perfect . No evening meals available but good little cafe for local cuisine next door . The best part was the breakfast & for that I would give five stars . Take away pack up breakfast good too .

What a great place! A fantastic colonial building, centrally situated. The rooms are in a more modern extension at the back - all very nice, cleaned beautifully every day, top class bed and bathtub (we had a deluxe room). Delightful staff, lovely breakfast. A friendly, welcoming and efficiently run hotel, and everything done with a with a nice personal touch.

This hotel and all its staff go out of their way to deliver the WOW factor. It is ideally located, spotlessly clean and the staff are the friendliest ever!! From the great and quiet rooms to the wonderful breakfast, it is impossible to find anything to improve.

The hotel was excellent - room, breakfast & the staff were exceedingly helpful & friendly. Would thoroughly recommend if visiting Arequipa. The location too was very convenient for the main square.

An amazing place to stay in Arequipa. The hotel looks very nice, it’s very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Breakfast boxes ready every time when we informed the staff that we are leaving for daily trip very early morning. Highly recommend for single, couples and families. Very good prices regarding for comfort and high quality of service.
