「The area was very ideal with good view. The crew were also courteous and approachable. However, the amenities were poor, especially the bathroom. The shower head and tissue dispenser were broken.
It was also mentioned that the breakfast was buffet style but it was not. It was ”buffet-assisted” where the crew will dish out for you. You can only have what they dish out. Not a problem for me but I just hope they made clear information on that.
Hopefully they can work out on these issues.」

Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building.
Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly.」

SSufot Al Ah Nom部屋は素晴らしく、清潔で、いい匂いがして大きいです。息をのむような景色を望むバルコニー。スタッフはとても丁寧で、各ゲストに最高のサービスを提供しています。レストランはとても良いです(ステーキを試してみる必要があります)。私は確信しています、私は再びこのホテルでリラックスするために戻ってきます。添付された写真がそれ自身のために話しましょう👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

ゲゲストホテルは市内中心部へのアクセスが非常に良く、歩いてボタニカルまで行くことができます。
設備については、個人的にはフィットネスジムがあれば良いと思います。
割り当てられた部屋は広々としていました。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電磁調理器、食器セット、ソファがありました。しかし、イベントエリアに近すぎたため、室内の音が聞こえました。ほとんどの時間外出していたので、大した問題ではありませんでした。部屋の窓は別の建物のバルコニーに面していたため、カーテンを開けて朝の自然光を取り入れることはできません。そのため、部屋はずっと薄暗いままでした。バスルームを除く部屋のいたるところに黄色い電球が使われていたため、暗い雰囲気が増していました。一箇所に小さなLED蛍光灯があれば、部屋が少し明るくなるかもしれません。鏡はたくさんありましたが、全身鏡はありませんでした。しかし、考えてみると、この部屋だけの問題で、他の部屋はまったく違うデザインになっているのかもしれません。
朝食はビュッフェですが、選択肢は多くなく、味は普通です。
全体的に、スタッフは本当に礼儀正しく、親切で、サービス志向だったので、私たちの滞在は楽しかったです。

ゲゲスト2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

GGlen Santhighly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.

ゲゲストThis hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

ゲゲストThe hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.

ゲゲストIt was a good stay overall for this hotel though upon check in the room, there was a small problem in the toilet which I reported and they fix it while we are on our day out and when we came back in the evening, the issue has been fixed! Staffs are all Friendly, helpful and approachable! Good location because it’s very accessible to public transport and near to tourist spots like Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Baguio Public Market and SM City Baguio! Will still consider when we come back to Baguio! Thank you!
