「The hotel was good. The experience, not so great. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and it was as expected. It was enough for our family of 4 to spend the night. The view of the balcony was also good. There were a few problems. First was the wifi, there was no connection during the whole stay. Shower didn't have a door so it the bathroom was just wet everytime someone takes a bath. Breakfast was meh. The parking situation is a hassle. There were limited slots and you have to stack the cars. If you were the first to park, other guests will have to block you. If you need to leave, they need to call the owner first so they can move their car. Not good if you want to rest and relax. Location was great though. A couple of minutes drive to the city center.」

「The area was very ideal with good view. The crew were also courteous and approachable. However, the amenities were poor, especially the bathroom. The shower head and tissue dispenser were broken. It was also mentioned that the breakfast was buffet style but it was not. It was ”buffet-assisted” where the crew will dish out for you. You can only have what they dish out. Not a problem for me but I just hope they made clear information on that. Hopefully they can work out on these issues.」

「9/10 Very accommodating staff, clean room, and complete amenities. They provide towels, shampoo, and soap, plus there’s a 7/11 downstairs. Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly.」

「Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom. The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.」
