The hotel is ok, certainly comfortable and clean enough with chairs and tables on the balconies of the rooms. But there are some drawbacks that lower my rating: > the hotel staff are mostly young women with limited English language skills to help foreign travellers with travel advise. The hotel manager who speaks English well is not on-site all the time and only come when called on. There are also no strong men (or women!) around to help with heavy luggage up and down the stairs to the second level rooms > the hotel staff have a bad habit of coming into your room while you're out and shutting off the air conditioning completely. In my view, what you pay for your room includes some air conditioning whether you're in the room all day or not. > the rooms are equipped with TV's but there is no signal provided by the hotel so essentially it's false advertising that the rooms have TV's (that actually work!) The hotel is located on the beach but there are no beach chairs so usage is practically limited. The breakfast choices are quite limited and on my second morning there I was given an omelette which I didn't ever order (luckily it would have been my choice though!)

Very close to Buyuk harbour. This hotel is not a luxurious 5 star, TV doesn’t seem to work, leaking tap, salt water shower, basic breakfast… however it had everything I needed for comfortable stay. Aircon, Wifi, clean room, good location, and friendly staff! That’s enough for remote island and small amount of money you are paying. If you have any issues, talk to the staff (some are with limited English), they do their best to keep you happy! Thank you Pi Karya girls!
