Добрый день! Хотел написать отзыв о месте. Прекрасное жилье на несколько дней. Мы были с ребенком 6 лет. Никаких доплат за ребенка не было. Первая линия. Можно договорится о прогулке на корабле. Входит вкусный завтрак на двоих с видом на океан.

Perfect for the budget conscious yet this hotel offers everything you'd want in amenities and comfort. It has a beautifully clean swimming pool with excellent sun lounges and the rooms are far enough away from the street to be quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the house-keeping is thorough and professional. The bed in my room was very comfortable and great size, the bathroom is clean and there was enough storage space for a comfortable few days. It is less than ten minutes from the airport which is perfect for transit travellers and only about ten minutes walk to German Beach. Very close to Lippo Mall and is at the heart of the restaurants area of Jalan Kartika Plaza. If you're not into 5 star resort type luxury, this hotel is ideal and I would happily stay here again.
ゲゲストWhen you book a hotel..you usually go and check its reviews and images from multiple sources, but belive me aa hard as you searched..you would never expect the luxury and beauty of this resort. From the lobby, where you will find the funny Bawa to our jimbaran villa to the excellent seevice. Every tiny deatil is well studied and you cant never fins somwethung you would peovide constructive critisisim for! You must go and meet Dewi& SRI from Taman Wantilan restaurant where they offer buffet breakfast and dinner (please don't miss it specially the Indian section). You don't want to miss the spa treatments as well..I tried the baldness massage which was just perfect along with TDA facial and before the day of check out I tried the embrace treatment which is an outdoor massage where you hear the sounds of the ocean. Big thanks to Suri for the discount she provided for us as we had treatments daily. Special thanks to Dika Guest experience manager & the hotel manager whom came to our table to ask if everything is OK. ゲゲストI stayed by booking 7 rooms for my family, we had a vacation together to celebrate my son's birthday. there were 3 rooms that we stayed in, the air conditioner was broken, it wasn't cold, once it was turned on in 10 minutes it turned itself off. 1 room for my child has been moved to another room which turned out to be the same AC condition, problematic. at night my sister ordered mineral water to make her child milk, twice informed the reception but no one came to bring mineral water. conditions that night it rained heavily, my sister had to leave the hotel to look for shops around the hotel to buy mineral water, you need to know where the parking lot is and the room is very far away and of course my sister was caught in the rain to get mineral water to make milk for her child. The duty manager came to me and asked for clarification after I complained about the broken AC and minerals. and he promised to fix the broken ac but until when we left no technician came to fix the ac. my sister finally checked out first because the room too hot. I escorted him to the lobby to go home. In the lobby, a receptionist called and asked to pay the hotel bill, I asked if it had to be done now? she said yes now? I thought I hadn't checked out yet, and thought usually all my bills were completed at check out after all I had already paid a deposit there, the receptionist replied ”yes now” I asked again ”should it be now?” he replied yes ,,,, at that time my position was not carrying a wallet because the goal was only to take my sister who wanted to go home, this is the first time I spent the night in a hotel with very bad service. the food is very bad.
