We stayed at Blossom Manoir for 6 nights (4 nights initially, and we extended 2 nights bc we enjoyed it so much). This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star review from us, as we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage, one of our favorite attractions in Chengdu. There are also 3 beautiful parks nearby—Huanhuaxi Park, Baihuatan Park, and Culture Park—all of which are worth visiting. While there are not many restaurants on the same street as the hotel, there is a lively restaurant area about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest metro station is located close to that area. We found it very convenient to use the metro, which is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a luxurious feel (They have a bird in the lobby, which was really cool to see).We had a free room upgrade when we arrived. Our room was equipped with a smart toilet, central air-co, and a free minibar that was refilled daily, making it very comfortable to stay in. The service was outstanding as well. We could communicate with the staff via WeChat and always received replies within minutes. They could collect and return laundry for us while we were away. There were complimentary fruit plates in the afternoon as well. The room was also cleaned every day. The hotel also offers a traditional clothing and photoshoot experience. You get the first 3 photos for free, with additional photos offered at fairly reasonable prices. We decided to try this service, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The photos were excellent, and the photographers were clearly very experienced. We were both extremely happy with the results. The breakfast buffet was extensive. It offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, bread, sandwiches, drinks, noodles, hot dishes, baozi, desserts, and many more Chinese breakfast specialties. Overall, Blossom Manoir exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

大人2名と子供1名でツインルームを予約しましたが、ベッドはとても広々としていました！お子様連れのご家族に最適です！お部屋もかなり広々としていました！歩行者天国の小さな路地に位置しているので、静かで快適でした。朝食ビュッフェは中華料理と洋食が揃い、種類も豊富でした。お子様用の朝食も無料で提供されていました！サービスもとても丁寧でした！ホテルのレセプションのアトリウムは小さな中庭のようで、とても居心地が良く、コーヒーなどのアメニティも充実していました！強くお勧めします👍

ロケーションが最高！市中心部の核となるエリアにあり、春熙路まで徒歩数分なので、ショッピング、食事、IFSでパンダを見るのも非常に便利です。まさに都会の喧騒の中にありながら、静けさを保っています！ 🏨ホテルの雰囲気も素晴らしく、ロビーは広々として明るく、全体的に質の高い内装です。清掃は特に丁寧で、共用エリアも部屋も一点の曇りもなく、安心して滞在できました。 🛏️部屋の設備は充実しており、手入れも行き届いています。寝具は柔らかく快適で、シャワーの水圧も高く、遮光カーテンの効果も抜群で、防音もしっかりしているので、夜はぐっすり眠れました。 👧🏻特にフロントの女性スタッフの方を褒めたいです！笑顔がとても素敵で、サービス態度も最高でした。チェックインの際には、周辺のおすすめグルメを教えてくれたり、子供連れだったので、子供用のアメニティが必要かどうかも気遣って尋ねてくれました。とても温かく、きめ細やかな対応だと感じました。

I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu. This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey. While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng! We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment. When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo! Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie! The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special. The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels. Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

The coziest of hotels located very well within Chengdu. We had the pleasure of receiving the most wonderful service, as well as tips and recommendations from Arnold and the rest of the lovely staff at Grey Parrot. Without all of this, our trip to Chengdu would not have been nearly as nice. Thank you so much!🤠 The café/bar adjacent to the hotel serves great coffee, drinks and cake! And we also got the loveliest little farewell gifts. If you are ever in Chengdu, you should really consider staying at Grey Parrot.🐼

ホテルはデザイン性に富み、景色が良く、山や川に隣接し、新鮮な空気を持っています。サービスはとても良く、温かく、丁寧でプロフェッショナルです。私は5階のマウンテンビューとバスタブ付きのキングサイズベッドルームに宿泊しました。部屋にはマーシャルのスピーカーが備わっており、素晴らしいリスニングを楽しめます。雲南アラビカコーヒーバッグも付いていて、ホテルが提供するおやすみスープもとても親切です。

全体の宿泊体験は少し残念でした😕。 ホテルのロビーはストリートレトロなデザインで、第一印象は悪くなかったのですが、部屋はあまり理想的ではありませんでした。まず、エアコンはセントラル空調システムで、自分で温度を調整できませんでした。そのため、部屋が蒸し暑くなることがありました。夜は窓を開けて換気する必要がありましたが、階下が店舗なのでシャッターの音や話し声が聞こえました。次に、シーツから異臭がしました。全体的に騒がしく、睡眠の質に影響しました。 バスルームの照明も薄暗く、使い勝手が悪かったです。また、ホテルにはウォーターサーバーがありませんでしたが、ルームクリーニングで毎日ペットボトル2本が提供されました。ランドリールームは8階にあり、エレベーターで7階まで上がり、そこから階段で8階に上がる必要がありました。夜に洗濯すると階段が薄暗く、自動センサーライトなので、朝に利用することをお勧めします。 朝食は含まれており、全体の体験は良かったのですが、毎日選択肢が重複していました。良い点は、立地が良く、近くに店があり、地下鉄駅まで徒歩約4分、自転車も利用できる点で、これは便利でした。 全体的に見て、今回の宿泊体験は期待に達せず、改善できる点がまだたくさんありました。

ホテルの部屋はとても快適で、朝食も種類豊富でした。テレビは高画質で、部屋にスマートスピーカー「小度」があったのは非常に便利でした。出前を頼んだらロボットが届けてくれて、24時間利用できるランドリーとジムも完備されており、家族旅行にはぴったりだと思います。全体的にかなり満足です。朝食には地元の特色料理とヘルシーな軽食があり、選ぶのが楽しかったです。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、終始快適で何の心配もありませんでした。ハウスキーパーの方が事前に電話で連絡をくれたのも、本当に良かったです。

とても素敵なホテルで、タクシーを降りるとすぐに親切なスタッフが出迎えてくれました！スタッフには、優しくて親切で、とても素敵な女性がいて、出かける際に階下に降りて彼女の優しい顔を見ることができたのは、本当に幸せな一日でした。 共用エリアのレイアウトは美しく、ユニークでした。立地も最高で、館内はすべて清潔で、地下鉄もすぐ近くでした。徒歩15～20分圏内にたくさんの素敵な場所がありました。部屋自体は狭かったですが、予約時にそのことは承知していました。私たちのように大きな荷物がある場合は、もっと広い部屋を予約することをお勧めします。でも、部屋は快適で、シャワーも本当に良かったです！素晴らしいロケーションのためだけでなく、素晴らしいスタッフのためでも、ぜひまた来たいと思っています🥰
