私がこのホテルに出会ったのは2022年で、毎年4〜5回は行くことになります。まずスタッフの対応についてお話しますが、とても丁寧で笑顔が素敵です。ルームサービスが必要な場合、例えば、恐怖症のため、ホテルに到着するたびにスタッフに再度消毒を依頼するなど、対応は迅速です。衛生面：今のところ不潔な場所は見たことがありません。ケータリングに関しては、ポットサイドペーストは飲むと体が温かくなり、ウェルカムフルーツがとても新鮮なので好みです。また、長時間ピラティスを練習した後は、たまにはボディスパを受けるのも良いので、ホテルのスパを体験することもできます。ちなみに私はスタッフのイェ・ルーさんがとても好きで、美人で声も優しくて優しいです。

ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、春熙路などの人気観光スポットへのアクセスも非常に便利です。しかも、ホテル自体は賑やかな場所にあるにも関わらず、静かで落ち着いた環境です。向かいには四川省川劇院があり、川劇について学び、鑑賞するのに大変便利でした。滞在中、いくつか施設の不備がありましたが、ホテルマネージャーのNikkiさんが非常にプロフェッショナルで、すぐに対応策を講じてくださり、サービス第一の姿勢が感じられました。全体的に、お勧めできるホテルです。

美学的な建物が好きで、わざわざ成都に来てチェックインします。建物全体がロマンチックなフランス風の雰囲気を持っています。エレガントでレトロなヨーロッパ風の建築ラインと点在して優雅な庭園の景観を組み合わせて、彫刻の装飾、精巧な回廊と緑の植物と花の芸術が溶け合っています。雰囲気は直接満たされます。🍟🎉公共エリアの空間は透明で、軽くて豪華な芸術的な柔らかい装飾は柔らかい照明で、雰囲気は高級で癒され、雰囲気は至る所で見ることができ、写真は撮影に非常に適しています。 🍟🎉部屋の全体的なデザインはエレガントで見栄えがよく、色は優しく、レイアウトは合理的で透明で、生活の快適さは非常に高いです。家全体が清潔で無臭で、寝具は肌にやさしく、バスアメニティは完備されており、遮音性は優れており、繁華街の喧騒から離れており、休息は特に安定しています。インテリジェントな設備が整っており、毎日の滞在は便利で心配がありません。スタッフ🍟🎉優しくて熱心で、サービスは細心の注意を払っており、応答はタイムリーです。朝食の食材は新鮮で、料理は多様で、味は大衆の好みに合っています。場所はとても便利で、旅行や遊びは簡単で心配がありません。全体的なチェックイン体験は完璧です。ロマンチックな美学と快適な生活を完璧に組み合わせた宝のホテルです。フランスのロマンスと質感のデザインが好きな旅行者は、ぜひ体験してみてください。

こちらのホテルでツインルームを選んだのですが、想像以上に素晴らしい体験ができました。チェックイン前にコンシェルジュから電話があり、私たちの滞在ニーズについて丁寧に確認してくれました。とても親切で、どんな質問にも辛抱強く答えてくださり、感激しました。子供連れでの旅行だったのですが、ホテルが用意してくれた親子向けのアクティビティが豊富で、子供たちは心から楽しんでいました。これらのアクティビティは楽しく学べる内容で、家族旅行がリラックスできる癒しの時間となりました。全体的に、とても快適で温かい滞在でした。

ホテルのダイニングエリアは広々としていて、ピーク時でも秩序が保たれていました。想像以上に種類が豊富で、その場で調理してくれる担々麺は本場の味で、肉味噌とピーナッツを添えると、しびれる辛さと香りが絶妙でした。成都名物の蛋烘糕（エッグパンケーキ）は、自分でトッピングを選べます。洋食コーナーのパンやサラダも新鮮でした。料理の補充も早く、スタッフの片付けも迅速でした。この朝食のために、次回成都に来るときもここに泊まりたいと思いますし、滞在全体の満足度も大幅にアップしました。

I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu. This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey. While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng! We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment. When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo! Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie! The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special. The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels. Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

年次休暇の後、私は都市を離れ、雪を頂いた山のふもとで山の楽しみを体験したいと思いました。今回は新しくオープンした快適な温泉ホテルを選びました♨️ まずサービスについて話しましょう 注文後、ホテルは数秒で電話に出て、駐車場、山の天気、距離について尋ねました。ホテルのスタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧でした。それから彼は WeChat を追加して、すべてのホテル情報を私たちに送ってくれました。到着するとすぐに挨拶に出て、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。チェックインも非常に迅速かつプロフェッショナルでした。ホテルはとても美しく、山と川に面しており、スイミングプールの隣のラウンジチェアに寝転んで、夜に温泉に入るのもとても快適です。また、ホテルの食事もとても美味しくて、本当に幸せで快適な1泊2日の旅行でした(笑)。

このホテルは最高のロケーションにあります。高速鉄道の駅からDidiでわずか15分という近さでしたが、地下鉄でも簡単にアクセスできました。送迎場所も非常に便利でした。 何度か日帰り旅行でDidiを利用しましたが、ドライバーは迷うことなく目的地まで来てくれました。 部屋は快適で清潔でした。ランドリールームもとても便利でした。 近隣の高級ショッピングモール「太古里」も近く、周辺は新旧が融合した独特の魅力にあふれています。ホテルのすぐ隣にはミシュラン星付きレストランもあります。 川沿いのエリアへも徒歩圏内で、昼夜を問わず活気に満ち溢れていました。 春熙路も素晴らしい場所でしたが、これは成都の魅力そのものを物語っています。もっと長く滞在したかったし、必ずまたここに戻って、おそらくまた泊まりたいと思います。

We stayed at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard in Pengzhou for ten days while visiting family in the area, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a particularly attractive setting right next to Longxing Temple and is very centrally located. Rather than being one large hotel building, the property consists of several smaller one- and two-storey buildings arranged around the grounds, which gives it a lot of character and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. We had booked three rooms, and after a few days all three were upgraded free of charge to significantly larger and more comfortable rooms. This was a very nice gesture and something we genuinely appreciated. There are, however, a few areas where improvements would make the experience even better. The main issue was the air conditioning. In practically all of our rooms, the temperature control did not work properly. The air conditioning cooled the rooms effectively, but did not stop once the selected temperature had been reached. As a result, room temperatures sometimes dropped to around 19°C, and the only practical way to regulate this was to switch the air conditioning on and off manually. Breakfast was included in the room rate and is very much focused on Chinese tastes, with noodle soup, eggs and various warm dishes. Western options are essentially limited to toast and jam, so international guests should set their expectations accordingly. Overall, we found the breakfast average in terms of both selection and quality, although perfectly adequate for a predominantly Chinese-style breakfast. Unfortunately, our last evening was affected by a more serious issue. Following very heavy rain, a considerable amount of water entered our daughter’s room, leaving part of the bed wet. The hotel staff reacted quickly and provided another room, which we appreciated, but naturally this was not the ideal way to end an otherwise enjoyable ten-day stay. Apart from this, we enjoyed our time at Yunshuijian Longxing Courtyard very much. Its central location is a real advantage, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés within easy walking distance. We did not try any other food at the hotel apart from breakfast. Overall, the beautiful setting, the unusual courtyard-style layout, the comfortable upgraded rooms and the convenient location made this a very pleasant place to stay in Pengzhou. With some attention to the air-conditioning controls and the water ingress issue, it could be an even better hotel.
