Beautiful place to stay! It’s located in Yuhu Village, personally I feel this village is the most prettiest village in Lijiang. It’s also very exclusive because you need to be confirmed to be able to enter the village. It’s perfect for those who like peaceful village. There are some shops and restaurants, not too many, they are still building them, but the good thing is it is clean and not too crowded. Pauline itself is magnificent! From the room to the front desk. Room is clean, spacious, and modern! Not to mention the mountain view from the balcony. The front desk people are super helpful. They help with luggages, laundry and all my needs! I would definetely come back to stay here when I’m in Lijiang. Lastly, don’t worry, easy to grab Didi to take you anywhere. Also, the rooftop coffee shop is very scenic and close!

I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

とても満足です、強くお勧めします！ホテルの環境、サービス、朝食はすべて非常に満足です〜まず、ハンサムな執事のアブーに特別な感謝を表したいと思います！チェックイン前の連絡も丁寧でした。古都の南門で荷物の引き取りサービスをしてくれるので、自分で荷物を運ぶ必要はありません。今回は2泊3日でしたが、アブさんに現地旅行のアドバイスもしていただき、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ホテルにはティールーム、KTV、ビリヤードテーブル、ジム、チェスとカードルームがあり、よく一緒にお茶を飲んだりおしゃべりしたり、雲南省の習慣やさまざまな民族文化について学びました〜ホテルの場所と環境はとても良いです。レストランからは麗江の旧市街全体を見渡すことができ、とても美しいです〜そこでアフタヌーンティーを楽しんだり、夕方にはワインを一杯飲んだりできます。とても寒いです〜2日間滞在した後は空港までお送りするサービスがあるため、とても思いやりがあります。ホテルでは絞り染め体験も行っていますが、体験するには午後2時から午後5時までの予約が必要です。 ホテル内の犬、クジャク、アルパカもとてもかわいいです（笑）

Wow! This was one of the best hotels I stayed at during the trip, if not the best. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the food is excellent and plentiful, including the afternoon tea and treats we received. I must give special credit to the hotel staff. I have never encountered so much hospitality, and I want to especially mention Fannie, who was amazing and helped us with everything we asked for. We are very grateful for that. Besides the wonderful staff, our room was stunning- with a reflection view of the lake, a great and relaxing jacuzzi, impressive cleanliness, and a comfortable bed. Even though the hotel is not in the city center, it is close to everything- the three ancient towns, and not too far from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain either. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Lijiang- we had a perfect experience!

The room was extremely clean and spacious with 2 queen sized beds that can easily sleep 4 adults. Nice hot tub in the balcony with both cold and hot water taps, can adjust to your preferred temperature. We were entertained by the voice control of common appliances in the room. The hotel breakfast and welcome tea break were delicious, and we could enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains while having our meal. All the staff we met were very pleasant and enthusiastic in welcoming us and making our stay an enjoyable one. A special mention to hotel staff Ava who helped us collect our laundry from the dryer and sent it to our room while we spent our day outside the hotel. Free laundry service at the hotel too, just have to diy. Overall great experience during our stay here, will strongly consider staying here again for a next visit to Lijiang!

予約する前は、一部のレビューで少し古いと書かれていたので、少し躊躇しましたが、実際に宿泊してみると、やはりフェラーリは古くなってもフェラーリだと実感しました！部屋の眺めは素晴らしく、カーテンを開ければベッドから雪山を眺めることができます。旬のフルーツの他に、ホテル自家製の花のパイも提供され、これが美味しくて、古城の店で売っているものよりもずっと美味しかったです！プレゼントされた小さな亀の飾りもユニークで可愛らしく、家に持ち帰って子供に渡したらとても喜ばれました。部屋のお茶は4種類も用意されており、麗江の特産品かどうかは分かりませんが、とても香りが良かったです。出会ったホテルのスタッフは皆、温かく礼儀正しく、特にバトラーのルーシーさんは非常にきめ細やかで丁寧なサービスを提供してくれました。滞在中は様々な要望にすぐに対応してくれ、サービス意識の高さは流石老舗の高級ホテルだと感じました。夫と私はとても快適に過ごせました。ベッドリネンも素晴らしく、私たちはベッドリネンにこだわりがある方なのですが、この2日間はぐっすり眠れました。この点は本当に書面で称賛に値します！朝食レストランの料理の質も良く、グループの経営が良いことが伺えました。レストランからの眺めも良く、スタッフのサービスも温かく、特に美しい民族衣装を着たレイラ・ヒーさんのサービスは素晴らしく、朝食レストラン全体が秩序立っていました。また、テニスコートも素晴らしく、ボールを打ちながら玉龍雪山を眺めることができ、宿泊客は無料で利用できるので、最高の体験でした！テニスをした後、夜はスパも利用し、150分間のロイヤルバンヤンシグネチャーケアを体験しました。先週バンコクで受けたスパにも全く引けを取らないほど素晴らしく、とても気持ちが良かったです。これぞ休暇ですね！テニス仲間にも勧めましたし、子供や家族の年長者も連れて数日間滞在する計画を立てるつもりです。

This was truly one of the most wonderful and memorable homestay experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, refined, and thoughtfully arranged. The entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail made us feel well taken care of. The room was absolutely beautiful: spacious, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It was designed with great attention to detail, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy a stunning view of Yulong Snow Mountain directly from the room, which made the stay feel even more special and unforgettable. The amenities were also excellent, especially the Le Labo toiletries, which added a lovely touch of luxury. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional service from our butler, 小杨. He was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire stay. From the smallest details to every request we had, he handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his responsiveness, but also his sincerity always made us feel welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. 小杨 went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His service was never just formal or routine; it felt personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth. He anticipated our needs, checked in on us appropriately, and made every arrangement feel effortless. Because of him, the stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being warmly hosted by someone who truly cared. He made us feel completely at home, and his outstanding service left a very deep impression on us. The food and drinks were also impressive. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared.
