Everything about this place, from location to hospitality, is amazing! The homestay arranged to pick us up at an intersection and carried our luggages all the way. The sound proofing of the rooms are not that good though, so a word of caution for light sleepers. During our stay, 小李 took really good care of us, never failed to ask what we intended to do on each day, provided help and suggestionsto us on what to do. We started and ended each day chatting with him. 😊 On our check out day, we had to leave at 6.30am to Shangri-La and 小李 woke up to help us with our luggages and waited with us till our driver came! We could not thank him enough and appreciate him going all the way to help us. We had a wonderful 5-day stay and Lijiang made an impression on us. We definitely recommend anyone to stay there..

雲南での最初の滞在地として、本当に素晴らしい体験ができました。 無料の空港送迎があり、ドライバーさんはとても信頼できる方でした。事前に連絡をくださり、到着ゲートで早めに待っていてくれました。車内は清潔で整頓されていました。 古城の入り口に着くと、すでにスタッフが待ってくれていました。荷物は三輪車で運んでくれ、担当の方が私たちを民宿まで案内してくれました。道中、民宿の設備や観光に関するアドバイスをしてくれました。 部屋は広々としており、設備も充実していました。ベッドはどちらも非常に大きく、バスルームも広々としていたので、大人2名と子供2名で泊まってもゆったりと快適に過ごせました。床暖房とエアコンも完備されており、雲南の冬の夜は少し冷えますが、床暖房のおかげでとても快適でした。 2階からは古城の景色がよく見渡せ、写真の古城の全景は2階から撮影したものです。 民宿を出てすぐのところに四方街があり、とても賑やかです。木府や大水車といった観光スポットにも歩いて行ける距離で、まさに「一歩出れば賑やか、一歩入れば静謐」といった感じです。 毎日提供されるアフタヌーンティーはどれも素晴らしく、特にラテの美しいラテアートには感動しました！朝食は11時までなので、のんびり旅行する私たちにとってはとてもありがたかったです。 古城にはたくさんの民宿があり、選ぶのに迷いましたが、ここに決めて本当に良かったです。素晴らしい滞在でした👍

今回の麗江旅行で、この宿を選べたことが一番の幸運でした。もしもう一度来る機会があれば、間違いなくまたここに泊まります！ **最高の立地で、移動も楽々** 宿を出るとすぐに古城で、角を曲がれば賑やかな石畳の道に溶け込めます。四方街まではゆっくり歩いても数分で、食事やショッピングに非常に便利です。しかし、メインストリートに隣接しているわけではないので、夜はとても静かに眠れます。 **心温まるサービス、まるで我が家のように** チェックインからチェックアウトまで、どのスタッフも家族のように親切でした。毎日遊びから戻ると、いつも温かいお茶が用意されていて、皆さんとおしゃべりしたり、おすすめの観光スポットやグルメを教えてもらったりと、まるでホテルに泊まっているのではなく、旧友の家を訪れているような感覚でした。車の手配やチケット予約、重い荷物の運搬まで、いつも快く手伝ってくれて、とても安心感があり、温かい気持ちになりました。 **テラスからの眺め、一目で感動** 何よりも忘れられないのは、宿のテラスです！眺めはまさに最高でした。目の前には古城の重なり合う瓦屋根が広がり、遠くには雄大な玉龍雪山がそびえ立ち、適当に撮った写真でも絵葉書になるほどです。昼間は雲の移ろいを眺め、夕暮れ時には屋根に夕日が降り注ぐ様子を、夜は古城の灯りが次々と灯り、雪山のシルエットと寄り添うように輝く景色を眺めていると、下に降りたくなくなります。 **細部までこだわり、人情味あふれる宿** 宿の中庭は手入れが行き届いていて、緑豊かな植物が茂り、陽光が差し込むと心が癒されます。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、設備も充実していて、寝具も快適で、夜はぐっすり眠れました。ホテル特有の冷たさはなく、温かい人情とリラックスした雰囲気に満ちています。 もし一言でまとめるなら、ここはただの宿ではなく、旅の途中の「家」のような場所です。麗江でゆっくり過ごし、温かさを感じたいすべての方におすすめします。

Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. I had a really pleasant 2 night stay at “The Street Where the Wind Lives” in Lijiang. The owner was incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help, which made the whole stay feel much more personal and homely. 😌 The location is also a big plus. It’s just about a 5 min walk to the 北门of 丽江古城(where the iconic 大风车 is), The Inn Is perfect if you want to explore easily without dealing with too much noise at night. Another thing I appreciated was how convenient everything was even ordering breakfast through ******* was hassle free, with deliveries arriving in under 30 minutes. Super useful for slow mornings when you just want to relax. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere with a great location, a welcoming host, and a more romantic 270 degree view 😍

I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.
