エジプトでの最初の滞在先でしたが、このホテルは豪華絢爛で、かつての繁栄を旅人に体験させてくれます。時間があれば、ぜひ屋外レストランで食事をしてみてください。地元の人たちも食事をしながら景色を眺めたり、行き交う人々を観察したりして、エジプトの明るい日差しを満喫しています。 ホテルのフロントスタッフは、効率的でプロフェッショナルでありながら、温かい対応でした。カーテンの開け方が分からず電話で助けを求めたところ、5分も経たないうちにスタッフが来てくれました。従業員は基本的に英語でコミュニケーションが取れますし、ホテルは広いので道に迷ったら、主要な場所に配置されているスタッフに尋ねることができます。 ホテルの立地も良く、ほとんどの観光スポットまでタクシーで30分ほどです。エジプトのナンバープレートはアラビア数字ではないので、ホテルの外にいるスタッフが確認を手伝ってくれます。

空港に隣接しているので、翌日午前の国際線に乗るのにとても便利でした。ホテルの環境は悪くなく、部屋にはアメニティも揃っていて、スリッパや歯ブラシもありましたが、部屋は広くありませんでした。エジプトにしては朝食もまあまあです。エジプトを訪れる友人の中にはシーワに行く人も多いと思いますが、シーワは人々が言うように素朴な雰囲気が漂っている一方で、注意が必要です。私は***********でシーワ市街中心部のホテル「Soléi old town」を予約しましたが、チェックイン時にホテルの表示がない、まるで民宿のようなホテルから遠く離れた場所に連れて行かれ、環境もひどく、まるで売られたような気分で、全く安心できませんでした。オーナーは非常にひどく、***********の予約ポリシーでは返金できないことを知りながら、全く認めず、多くの時間を無駄にし、旅程にも影響が出ました。皆様、旅行の際は目を光らせ、できれば返金可能な大手プラットフォームや大手ホテルを選ぶようにしてください。そうでないと、旅行体験に影響が出る可能性があります。

We arrived on the 31st, and the room immediately had a comforting and welcoming feel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
