アスワンへの早朝6時過ぎのフライトに間に合うよう、出発前日にタクシーで空港第3ターミナルにあるこのホテルにチェックインしました。空港の案内表示に従ってホテルはすぐに見つかりましたが、チェックインカウンターを探すのに少し手間取りました。ホテルの外には屋外プールもあり、暑い日には利用できます。 ホテル全体はとても新しく、ナイル川沿いやタハリール広場で泊まった5つ星ホテルのケンピンスキーにも劣りません。部屋に入ると、大人2人と大きなスーツケース2つがあってもまだ十分な広さがあり、歯磨き粉やスリッパまで備え付けられていました。バスルームも広々としていて、シャワーの水圧も強く、お湯の温度もちょうど良く、部屋もとても静かでした。 ホテルの一角にはいくつかの異なるテイストのレストランがあり、中でも「China Red」という中華レストランがあったのが一番嬉しかったです。私たちは水煮牛肉、豆腐、青菜など4品、白ご飯2杯、ビール1本を注文し、だいたい300人民元以下でした。エジプトは料理が出てくるのが遅いのですが、特筆すべきは、ここでは全ての料理ができたて熱々の状態で一度に運ばれてくることです。これはさらに素晴らしく、どの料理も美味しく、まさに中国人の口に合う味でした👍二人で全て平らげ、一切無駄にしませんでした。 翌朝、チェックインと搭乗のため、国内線出発エリアに1時間前に向かいましたが、とても便利でした。早朝便に乗る予定があるなら、ここは間違いなく最高の選択です。

到着時も出発時もウォルドーフ・アストリアを利用しました。当初は市街地に滞在するつもりでしたが、交通の便があまりに悪く、ルクソールから戻ってきた際も再びこちらを予約することにしました。 チェックインした日は結婚式が開催されており、館内は少し賑やかでした。参列者は皆、盛装で出席していました。 ルクソールから戻ってきてここに滞在すると、まさに現代社会に戻ってきたかのような感覚でした。 間違いなく、ここはエジプトで最高の場所です！隣接するヒルトンとも繋がっており、中華料理（ノーベルハウス）はもちろんのこと、他にもたくさんのグルメな選択肢があります。 価格も手頃です。中華料理のシェフはエジプト人ですが、中国のヒルトンホテルで研修を受けているため、その味は素晴らしいです！価格も手頃でした。 私たち中国人の胃袋を救ってくれました。焼きそば、エビ、酸辣湯、チャーハン、ナス、どれも本当に美味しかったです😋 大変おすすめです！ とにかく素晴らしいです！ フロントスタッフも熱心でプロフェッショナルで、その対応は非常に評価が高いです。不親切な態度は一切ありませんでした。 もちろん、世界中どこでも経済力は共通の言語ですし、祖国が強大になり、私たち中国人にも経済的な余裕ができたおかげで、いつどんな時でも自信を持って接することができます。 エジプトは訪れる価値があります、一生に一度は訪れるべき場所です！

エグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが、特典はほとんどありませんでした。いわゆるエグゼクティブラウンジに行きましたが、席に着く前に、一人の女性が不親切にも部屋番号を尋ね、電話で確認するまで待つように言われました。エグゼクティブラウンジはほとんど空っぽでした。エジプトでの2回の旅行で、これまでで最悪のサービスを提供するホテルでした（チェックイン時のフロントの対応も不親切でした）。私の経験から言えるのは、たとえ4つ星でも、国際的なチェーンホテルに泊まるべきだということです。サービスはしっかりしています。このような地元のブランドはまだ努力が必要で、実際に差別的な待遇も存在します（控えめに言っても）。

とても楽しい経験で、あらゆる点で完璧でした。 休暇中にもかかわらず電話に出て、私の行方不明のコートをすぐに見つけるために優秀なチームを率いてくれた受付マネージャーのアブデル・ファタ・モハメッドには特別な賞賛が与えられなければなりません。ありがとうございました🙏👍👍 滞在して休暇を楽しむことを強くお勧めします。

スタッフは皆ホスピタリティに溢れています。特にhealth clubのGhadaさんには度々お世話になりました。空港から近く、カイロ市街にも行きやすいためアクセスには困りませんでした。また治安の良いエリアで、夜も安心して歩くことができました。レストランも美味しく、敷地も広く清潔なため痒いところに手の届いたホテルだと感じました。

空港に近く、飛行機の音が聞こえないホテルを探していました。このホテルはまさにその希望を叶えてくれました。ホテル自体は良いのですが、時代遅れです。古いタイル、バスルームの古い電話、カーペットなどですが、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、すべてが清潔です。朝食ビュッフェではエジプト料理とコンチネンタル料理のオプションがあります。
