「ホテルはコロンビアセンターの近くにあります。部屋のACユニットはひび割れていて壁から落ちましたが、それでも機能しました。ホテルではレストランとアラカルト料理を提供しています。全体的に、静かで、清潔で、絶好のロケーション。」

「Ctripのスコアが高いのを見て、このホテルを選びました。しかし、ホテルに到着したとき、初めて部屋のエアコンのシェルマスク全体が脱落しました。ホテルから誤解されるのではないかと心配して、すぐに部屋を変えるように頼みました。その結果、部屋は幹線道路に近かった。車の轟音は一晩中眠れませんでした。ホテルのガラスは非常に防音です。非常に貧弱で、残りに深刻な影響を与えます。このホテルを慎重に選択してください。」

「Shower hard to operate. No regular coffee in room, $200 deposit paid for incidentals at check in… today I have a bill charge taken out of $119.25, instead of the credit of $200 back . I had already paid the reservation in full to Trip.com before check in. Front desk staff was very rude during entire stay. Most problematic even still was that I did NOT have wifi connection during the entire stay! Had to use my cellular data in the room all during the night … front desk never resolved nor seemed concerned about not having wifi access , nor did they offer a solution or compensation. We sat out front of the hotel for over 3 hours trying to come up with the $200 credit card to “authorize” for incidentals. Not the best experience for my birthday or ever! Calling hotel now about the non return of my $200 and double paying for the room that we only in from 10:30 pm- 12:15 next day!」
