Apartment with balcony. Well located between railstation and center. In fact there is only one bedroom. The living room becomes a bedroom if more than two people are staying there. Clean and with essential things. The balcony is very hot in Summer . The air conditioning the best.

Great apartment!! Great location!! Very clean!! I wish I had more time to stay so I could enjoy the patio more but it was a short trip! I love that they had an elevator because most buildings don’t!! The people were so helpful and pleasant! We needed a taxi and they called and had everything set up for us! Definitely worth a stay!!

We were delighted with this accommodation for our 4 nights in Bologna - great location (quiet but right in the heart of the city, so restaurants, bars, coffee shops & sights all within walking distance) - an easy check-in, friendly staff, and a clean, well-appointed apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I felt was missing (and this isn't really a complaint, just a suggestion) would be for a couple of small side tables that could be moved around for use by the sofa for coffee cups (or wine glasses...) I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, and will definitely be booking again!

Great location in the city centre, but is not too noise as it isn’t right in the street of bars area. However all restaurants, cafe & bars and many great sights are in walking distance in less than 20 mins. Very clean and spacious apartment, with all necessities for our stay. Very comfortable stays. Also well organised recycling bins available, induction hubs, oven and full size fridge.

I travelled to Bologna for business this January. This apartment turned out to be a great choice in terms of price-quality ratio. The location is in the very centre, close to everything. Clean apartment, good kitchen, comfortable bed and enough space. It was very easy to check in and check out. I'll book it again if I return.

The host was very friendly, the apartment was very clean and we had a friendly welcoming when we reached the apartment quite late in the evening. The apartment is easily accessible and very close to all places of interest in the city

This apartment was a welcome change after the shoebox we stayed in in Rome. Sizable bathroom, living area and bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped if you did want to eat in, but with the many great restaurants in walking distance, we didn't need to. We couldn't quite figure out the lift but luckily we were only 1 floor up. Check it was seemless and the suggestions from the staff were very much appreciated. We'd stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Residenza Ariosto. The apartment is very well located, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and detergent. Our check-in was very easy. The staff at Studio Vita (who manage the apartment) were friendly, very helpful and ultra professional; they gave us a map of the city and lots of information and good recommendations about what to see and where to eat. We would certainly recommend this apartment and Studio Vita and would not hesitate to stay there again or in another apartment managed by this company.

Great location, excellent service. Exactly what we wanted at a fair price. We had 1 or two small issues when we initially arrived & the management immediately sent someone over to handle it - Grazie We will stay here again when we return to Bologna
