私のボーイフレンドと私は鉄道間の旅行中にここに2泊しました。到着すると、非常に寛大なバーで楽しむための2つのドリンクバウチャーが与えられました。さらに、レセプションのスタッフは私たちのためにそれを超えました。旅行の一環として次の都市に着いたとき、私はホテルに感傷的な価値のある何かを残していることに気づきました。私はホテルに電子メールを送り、マロスは24時間以内に返信し、私が置き去りにしたアイテムを家に投稿できることを知らせました。このレベルのカスタマーサービスを提供するスタッフの親切さと意欲は、私が非常に感謝しているものであり、この現代ではある程度失われています。これだけでなく、ホテル自体は素敵で、部屋はとても広としていて、荷物がたくさんあったので私たちに適していました。ブラチスラバにいる間、ここに滞在することを間違いなくお勧めします!

The Ibis chain are no frills hotel, with Bratislava centrum being no exception. The rooms are very basic, no kettle or coffee maker, minimal plug sockets, standard bed and tv. The shower room is very small and the hot water seems to take a while to kick in, and sadly the water pressure in the shower is awful. The room however seemed very clean and the bed was comfy, good enough for a couple of nights. Tv remote has a button for Netflix, however it didn't seem to work or has been disconnected somehow. Check in desk seemed relatively pleasant and I managed to check in an hour early which was nice. Hotel location is perfect, just a stones throw away from the old town and with easy accessibility to the rest of the city. If you manage you expectations and want a budget hotel in the centre of Bratislava then Ibis is a good option. The hotel does what it says on the tin and is fine for a few nights stay. The hotel also offers breakfast, however I didn't choose this option so can't comment on this.

初めてブラチスラバを訪れます。結婚記念日なので、アップグレードの機会があるかどうかをメールで尋ねました。寛大にスイートへのアップグレードをくれました。 T夫人は部屋と設備に非常に感銘を受けました。スタッフは皆フレンドリー。たくさんの選択肢がある素晴らしい朝食。興味深いことに、昨日クロワッサンとパンチョコを使ったと思うパンとバタープリン。絶対に美味しい。バスタップに小さな問題がありました。朝食中に報告され、修正されました。素晴らしいサービス。バスやトラムが近くに停車する非常に中心部に位置し、旧市街まで徒歩10分です。私たちは間違いなく戻って強くお勧めします。

La struttura è centralissima, situata vicino la porta di San Michele e dalla struttura puoi girare il centro a piedi. L'appartamento è arredato molto bene, c'è la cucina dotata di tutto, lavatrice, bollitore, asse e ferro da stiro, bagno con asciugacapelli e dispenser con sapone e bagnoschiuma. Il personale alla reception è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo usufruito dell'upgrade avendo prenotato con Expedia, quindi abbiamo avuto una camera più grande e ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di spumante. Cambiano i teli dopo 2 notti. Consigliato!

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

Owing to a very busy schedule,I have been too many days delayed in writing this: absolutely the only negative comment I can make about the Falkensteiner is the inadequate bedding- two small single duvets are inappropriate for a double or king bed.A normal sheet ( there is no need for any form of quilt in summer) is required. Otherwise ,I cannot criticise- there was even an actual bath in the bathroom.The room was cool,quiet and well furnished.The coffee machine was adequate for making tea,and the fridge worked The location was ideal for a castle visit,and the old town was easily reached via an only slightly unpleasant underpass.

プラハに向かう途中でブラチスラバに立ち寄った後、このホテルで素晴らしい一晩滞在しました。この場所よりも良いことはできません。広場からわずか数歩の古い場所の真ん中にあります。私たちの部屋は快適で静かで、スタッフは素晴らしく、朝食も良かったです。私たちのハイライトはホテルに隣接するレストランでした-私たちはここで夕食を食べ、おいしい伝統的な食事を楽しみました。またここに滞在したいです。

Breakfast is the best. Great staff and hotel is cool, parking is in underground garages. There is a restaurant opposite the hotel and there is a kebab shop nearby. There is a shopping center next to the hotel

場所は素晴らしいです。市内の中心部にあり、公共交通機関さえ使わずに基本的にほとんどの場所まで歩いて行くことができます。それ以外は、部屋はかなり狭い(しかし、清潔で、簡単な食事を調理するために必要なものすべて)と壁が薄いので、隣の部屋で何が起こっているのかを聞くことができるので、あまり肯定的なことは言いません。それだけじゃない土曜日に、私たちはほとんどの夜眠れませんでした。たくさんの男が酔うことにしました。静かに保つことには関心がありません。午前0時頃、彼らはついに飲酒を続けるために外出することを決めたとき、彼らはほぼ02時まで話し続けました。翌朝、レセプションで女の子にそのことを話しました。彼女は本当に申し訳ありません。彼女は私たちの滞在の割引を私たちに与えるためにマネージャーと話をしたと言いました。残念ながら、それは私たちが女の子を見た最後の時間でした(私たちは他の3泊し、彼女は私たちの部屋番号と連絡先を尋ねました)そして、今日までプロパティから聞いたことがありません。結局、彼らはあなたに申し訳ないようですが、彼らは本当に気にしたり、仕事に注意を払ったりしません。早めのチェックインじゃない!別の機会に、私たちはドアを数分間開くために電話をかけたので、人々を入れなければなりませんでした。しかし、レセプションに誰もいませんでした。お茶を一杯飲む(または彼女が飲んでいたもの)人々と取引する際にスタッフのスキルを向上させることができ、ゲストが個人的な電話を中断しなければならないか、飲料を飲む必要があるため、ゲストがそれほど気にしないようにしようとするかもしれません。楽しい経験ではなく、次回ブラチスラヴァに戻ってはいけません!
