Stayed on a recent business trip at the start of March, a wonderful hotel in a great location. Attentive staff very willing to help with your every need make you feel welcome at all times. Avoid the rooms at reception level mine was terribly noisy although very nice other than that.

I spent one night at this hotel. It is in a great location, within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and a grocery store just around the corner. The rooms are small, but adequate. The beds only have one non fluffy pillow and the bed itself reminds me of a cot. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs for dinner and breakfast. The decor is a bit gaudy with chandeliers everywhere, but I didn’t mind it.

The view from the parador, including our room, is unforgettable. The breakfast was excellent and the free copa de vino tinto was an unexpected bonus. Our only problem was that the TV in the room was broken. Also, it would be helpful if the best route to the Roman bridge was indicated by signage.

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.

Stayed here for one night passing through Salamanca. Chose this place as it was budget, good reviews and secure parking on site. Also very easy for the motorway, but close to city centre. Excellent value for money. The reception staff was really helpful and gave me a map with walking route into the centre plus taxi ranks. Rooms are great. Nice showers and comfy beds. Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Recomendable ,muy cerca del centro ,peró por nuestro gusto algunas cosas a cambiar como el desayuno que se puede mejorar bastante la calidad y surtido como poner otros quesos, que no sea sólo el de barra , productos sin gluten ,sin lactosa ,poner pavo ,leches vegetales y el café de mejor calidad ,por el resto todo bien ,la habitación limpia con unas vistas impresionantes y el personal de recepción muy amable y atento a todas tus necesidades . Todo bien.

酒店非常好。早餐很好。酒店出門步行兩三分鐘就到古城中心了，酒店停車費一個晚上15歐元。酒店的洗浴用品是非常高級的牌子。酒店服務態度也非常好。酒店餐廳是當地排名第一的餐廳，但是感覺晚餐一般般。

This hotel has rooms that were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is worth getting if you want something simple in the morning. The walk to the city center is about 5 minutes so the location is excellent. This hotel will be our go to if we ever return to Salamanca!
