We stayed here 8 years ago, when the hotel was formerly named The Shyuen. AC Marriot really takes it to the next level, when contemporary and modern meets as one. I am going to rate it based on the category: Room (5/5) The room size is neat, not too big, not too small. Comfortable for our little family. Hotel Lobby (4/5) Feeling relaxed and contented. It's just a bit awkward when there are too many stairs to go up and down a lot. Maybe. Facilities (3/5) The pool was great. The gym was also good. Loved the site of the penthouse and pavilion with the decorating landscape of the garden wedding theme. Some of the facilities are also not yet open due to being under construction. Parking (4/5) It can be quite challenging, especially reaching the turning ramp to the basement level. Hospitality (3/5) There are pros and cons here. Praised to Ms. Jagjeet for attending us throughout the pre checkin process. I called her to confirm and request the two rooms to be side by side, and also got windows. She briefed us smoothly. Only that time when we reached the hotel for checked in. Ms Yi Ying attended us at the counter. She said the deposit amounted to RM400 to be paid by card and continued saying the deposit would be returned directly after checking out the hotel. But after checking out, they say they would have to wait for 7 to 14 days period. We called the manager and they said to comeback to us soon.

UTMBウルトラトレイルランのためにこのホテルに2泊しました。フードコートが隣にあり、向かいにはショッピングモールもあるという最高の立地です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、部屋も清潔で、料金もお手頃です。おすすめです！

アパートメント スタイルのリゾート。3 つのブロックに分かれています。ブロック A (アカシア) の 2 ベッドルーム ホライゾン スイートに宿泊しました。全体的に快適な滞在でした。とても広くて清潔な空間で、キッチン、ダイニング、ホール、2 つのベッドルームと 2 つのバスルームがあります。最初のベッドルームにはキング サイズ ベッドと専用バスルームがありました。2 番目の部屋にはクイーン サイズ ベッドがありました。もう 1 つのバスルームは共用タイプです。キッチンにはコウェイ ウォーター ディスペンサー、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫もあります。雰囲気も周辺環境も良かったです。朝食はシンプルですが美味しかったです。ケーキの盛り合わせは素晴らしく、味も最高でした! 他には焼きそば、ナシレマ、*とヌードル スープのステーション、パン/クロワッソン/マフィン、ウェッジ/ソーセージ、ビーフ ベーコン、フルーツなどの一般的なメニューもありました。唯一コメントしたいのは、部屋のネスカフェ マシンの代わりにコーヒー サシェがあったら良かったなということです。調味料 (スナック、ネスカフェ ポッド) は滞在初日のみ無料です。

I had a wonderful stay at D’Kelly Hotel. It’s a new and modern hotel, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The room was very comfortable and equipped with high-tech facilities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was new and very cozy, perfect for a good night’s rest. The facilities are impressive, especially the nice swimming pool, which is great for relaxing. There is also a café next door that opens until 2am, so it’s very convenient if you get hungry late at night. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort, modern design, and excellent value for money. The environment is pleasant, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay in this area. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a good stay at Grand Court Hotel. The location is quiet with easy access to many tourist spots and local food. While the hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrading, the overall experience was great!

Thank you for the great hospitality… my checked in was smooth and because we got the room key a little bit late , so they have compassionate us with a late check out.. our 3D2N vacation was super good… my kids enjoyed and happy with the stay… Food wise, all good & got lot of variety that you can pick.. thank so much to all of the staff ..

全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。ここにチェックインするまで、イポーをまったく楽しめませんでした。ガールフレンドの誕生日に素敵な歓迎を受けました。設備はすべて素晴らしいです。時にはジャングルにいるような気分になり、猿や美しい鳥が見られます。リゾートは十分に大きいので混雑を感じることはなく、私たちが食べた食事は完璧でした！ヴィラは快適で、1日2回清掃され、ホットタブと小さなプールは素敵な特典です。 チェックアウトまで出かけなくてもよい休暇として、ここを強くお勧めします。 アイルランド人として言える唯一のことは、ジェフのセラーにはアイリッシュウイスキーの品揃えがもっと豊富だったのではないかということです。喜んでまた戻ってきます。

ホテルの写真を見て、もう少しで予約を見送るところでしたが、実際のお部屋はとても開放的で、大きな窓からは最高の景色が広がり、十分な広さがありました。バスルームはシャワーとトイレが別々で使いやすかったです。朝食も種類豊富でした。 ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、レインツリーウォークまで徒歩1km。1階はショッピングモールに直結しており、反対側の角には大きな市場があります。特に2階のアイスミルクティーはおすすめです。大きな袋に2.6リンギットと破格で、その隣の板面（パンミー）のお店もおすすめです。お店のお兄さんはとても親切で、1階で買ったエビやカニの調理をお願いしたのですが、追加料金は取らず、パンミーを注文してほしいと言われました。麺は作りたてでコシがあり、具材もたっぷり。たったの5.5リンギットです。 部屋のソファのサイズをもう少し大きくして、壁際にぴったりと配置すれば、隅の掃除もしやすくなり、全体のレイアウトもより調和が取れると思います。

It was an alright stay. Bathroom is really spacious, bedroom is weirdly shaped due to being a corner unit but acceptable. Basic bathroom amenities are there, limited TV channels. Lift and the entire of 2nd floor and room did smell of cigarettes when I checked in, and it was a bit off putting. I try not to look too much into the details such as peeling wallpapers and A/C that doesn't work as regularly as it should (sometimes cold, most of the time just OK despite no changes in the temperature settings). Location was superb. It's a short drive to pretty much everywhere I need to access during my business trip, so that's a plus. For it's price, I can't complain much. But if I'm particular, topping up a little bit more could get me a more recently renovated hotel (C***tel) with equally accessible location.

Charming Boutique Stay in the Heart of Ipoh. A lovely boutique hotel beautifully furnished and centrally located in Ipoh. We especially enjoyed the cozy lobby and its charming Art Deco touches. Rooms are limited, so it’s best to book early, particularly during holidays and festive seasons. We stayed in a duplex room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, slippers, a filtered water dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, and disposable toiletries—more than what you’d typically expect from many hotels. Breakfast was very decent, with made-to-order options such as Western dishes or local nasi lemak. There are also plenty of local coffee shops and eateries nearby if you’d like to explore other breakfast choices. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It’s within walking distance of popular Ipoh attractions like Concubine Lane, Memory Lane Market, and Mural Art’s Lane, as well as the famous Lao Wang beansprout chicken. There are also numerous food options around, and it’s just across from Palo 101, a trendy spot popular with youngsters and a regular venue for New Year’s countdown celebrations. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Ipoh.
