チェックインからチェックアウトまで、まるで我が家にいるかのようなひとときを過ごしました。まるで「家族と友人」のようなチームに温かく迎えられ、大切に扱われているような感覚でした。フロントデスクのスタッフは皆とても親切で、チェックイン当日の夜に結婚式が行われていたにもかかわらず、全く手を抜かず対応してくれました。朝食はボリュームたっぷりだっただけでなく、サービススタッフの皆さんも皆ハンサムで美しく、そして親切でした。ビュッフェディナーも美味しかったです。タイ料理レストランのデザイン（最後の数枚の写真）には、本当に驚かされました。しかし、一番驚いたのは清掃チームでした！彼らは、やるべきことを丁寧にこなしてくれただけでなく、私のために花や花瓶を用意し、温かいメッセージも残してくれました。作業室から彼らの笑い声が何度か聞こえてきました。カスタマーサービスマネージャーは美しい女性で、すぐに意気投合しました。早朝のフライトに乗らなければならないことを知って、出発前に無料のお茶を用意してくれました。長年の旅行生活の中で、これはまさに最高の体験でした！経営陣のリーダーシップに非常に感謝しており、再びコーチンに行くことがあれば、必ずここに泊まります。

マリオット コーチでの滞在は最高でした。食事からサービスまで、これ以上望むものはありませんでした。すべてにおいて完璧でした。無料で部屋をアップグレードしてもらえましたし、スタッフは本当に私たちのために一生懸命尽くしてくれました。食事も最高でした。赤ちゃんたちはとても楽しく過ごし、翌日別の州にある別のホテルにチェックインしたときに、ホテルまで連れて行ってほしいと頼んできました。絶対にまたここに戻ってきますし、このホテルを皆さんに強くお勧めします。マリオット コーチの経営陣とスタッフの皆さん、素晴らしいサービスに改めて感謝します。

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

ホテルは高知空港の近くにあり、空港から徒歩約5-10分です。 ホテルには24-hourセキュリティとスタッフがいます。レストランの入り口からサービススタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで歓迎してくれました!ホテルの看板ははっきりとマークされており、駐車場はとても便利で、隣に薬局があり、ショップは10-minute歩いてすぐです。周囲の環境は比較的静かです。 部屋は一般的に清潔で広としていましたが、ヘアドライヤーはなく、シャワージェルとシャンプーは使用され、少し汚れているように見え、使用をためらっていました。 さらに、ホテルには予約に空港送迎が含まれていましたが、チェックイン当日の繰り返しの問い合わせにもかかわらず、返信はありませんでした。そのため、フォームに記入しましたが、このサービスは提供されませんでした。空港到着当日、Uberでホテルに到着しました。ホテルがこのサービスを提供していない場合は、フォームを利用できません。不便になります!

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
