The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their demands to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

The hotel was in good location and centrally located in Calangute. Overall very good hotel. But Spa/Fitness centre wasn't there. Food was good for breakfast, neat & clean hotel with good room amenities.

We are currently staying at the bloom suite Hotel, we have been coming to Goa for 25 years and this is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in, from the choices at breakfast to the clean room's to the fantastic staff they have it's a must to stay here, well done bloom suite give yourself a pat on the back

Our first visit to India, a bit shocked when dropped off on the road not able to cross as manic, for first time travellers was Nervous but stick with it…….Staff-at blooms amazing, pramood our pool security, niraj at the restaurant, in fact all staff were amazing…Our room was lovely, our view was not good but have booked a better room next year..fingers crossed… if you can live with the culture of India you are made we were so happy with bloom suites and are returning nextyear…thank you so much Bloom xxx

Stayed for a week in January and so glad we picked this hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Bar prices were reasonable by local standards and cheap by uk standards; £1.2 for a bottle of beer £6.00 for bottle of red wine that was surprisingly drinkable. We somehow ended up on half board but would recommend getting out and about for your evening meal. It just gets a bit samey each night. No complaints other than didn’t think that the a/c was up to much and think that we were fobbed off by reception when after asking about the mini fridge we were told that it’s not a fridge but will keep things at the same temperature that you put them in 🤔🤔🤔🤔 strangest fridge we’ve ever had. We stopped in room 624. If by chance you should end up there ask to see another room with fridge working.

Good Hotel, Good Food, Very Good Service, Wonderful Housekeeping . Colangute and Bagha beach are nearby for going and enjoying night crowds. It is secure. However it is not scenic. Some of rooms are pool facing and others just face other rooms and even backside faces other rooms. But excellent value for money.
