「Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.」

「Check in process was easy and fast. Deposit 1,000 thai baht and it is refundable upon check out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and hot shower was nice. Walking distance to the Lee Garden area about 5 minutes walk. Along the way have several 7eleven outlets. Also many restaurants nearby. About 9 minutes going to the Asean Night Bazaar & Central Hatyai Mall by Grab or Bolt. Overall it was a great stay here.」
