Great experience at this hotel. Hotel is very clean and offers great view of Erhai. Erhai is easily accessible via the backgate. Owner is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Service is excellent. He provided clear guide for us to reach the hotel. He offered to pick us up from the main road and even helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs. He also gave us free upgrade to a bigger room. It was raining the day we left, the owner ensured we had already booked didi before driving us and our luggage to the main road. Highly recommend this hotel 👍🏼

Our first family trip to Dali and we absolutely chose the right place to stay for our short two nights stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Jane, the manager. She ensured we were situated promptly. Jane also provided some very thoughtful recommendations of highlights of Dali. This place was one of the best places we had stayed at. The place oozes with an aura of peace and serenity. The small but ornately designed garden was a dream of all homeowners. Our rooms were very spacious and spotless with full amenities provided. Full amenities: aside from the usual hair dryers and paper products, the room included a rolling clothes rack with at least two dozen plastic hangers. This is a very thoughtful addition since laundry is available downstairs. We were able to do two loads of laundry with ease. Plus a very unique shower stall. Breakfast was an array of food. Coffee, warm toasted cheese buns, a bowl of hot noodles and some crunchy cherry tomatoes. When we asked Jane whether she would be willing to provide some buns and coffee before their regular 8-10 am breakfast time, she readily agreed. We had an early morning train ride. Our stay and the level of care and understanding from all made our brief stay a very memorable one. Definitely a must try.

The place is so close to Caicun Wharf, its really beautiful place to go. We' ll surely coming back to Dali one day and stay in here. Not to mentioned, they gave us fridge magnet , so cute. Beyond love xoxoxo.

the view from the hotel was stunning, there was a road right beside the lake to ride a scooter/bicycle or to walk which was nice. however the location is quite inaccessible, there is a need to wait longer for a didi as the roads are small for cars to go in, which most of the time are around 5-10mins. however you can rent scooters nearby and ride freely, if you like snoopy there are snoopy scooters. otherwise the owner was very friendly and helpful, gave us many recommendations, she also picked us up from the dropoff location and sent us off. the room was as described in the photos, the balcony had a very nice view, the toilet door was a little opaque but alright. bed was comfortable and odour was pleasant. room was clean. there isn't a lift so you will need to climb the stairs up. overall, the friendly owner and views made the stay worth it although location was slightly inaccessible.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect as it is right next to where all the beauty unfolds. Room was clean with proper amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is right by the pier which means you will have to carry your luggage a ways but the team is more than willing to help. Will definitely book again in the near future.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel. Our room facing Erhai Lake, the room is new, comfortable and definitely clean. Despite language barrier, we are still able to communicate using digital translations tools. The moment we reached Dali Railway Station, the hotel continuously trying to reach us to guide us on the location. Once we reached the meeting point, they arranged to transport our three big luggages to the hotel, then we can easily walk to the hotel. The people are kind and very helpful, and always trying to provide what we need during our stay. We are so grateful to meet many kind person during our stay at Dali. For our next visit, Dali need definitely more than 1 night stay.

1. Hotel staff was very proactive and helpful with our requests, even if they were not related to the stay - Loaned us a local phone number to rent the electric bikes, stayed online to help us scan the QR codes - Helped us book a car to the train station, assisted us with the luggage at 630am - Gave food recommendations - Staff was always easily contactable at any time of the day 2. Hotel room was beautiful and allowed in lots of natural light. Had a smart system to control the toilet, curtains 3. Would have preferred cloth towels to disposable towels :-) 4. Location is good for proximity to Erhai Lake, but take note that the route to the hotel by car is narrow and prone to jams especially around dinner time
