Free upgrade to a bigger room but without the sea view. The hotel is near to cangshan ximatan cableway way, which is good base to explore the mountains from. It's located on a hill, but the hotel provides complimentary buggy service to and from the old town to the hotel. No lifts within the hotel but staff will help carry luggage if needed.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a great view. The hotel is also located on a street that’s perfect for taking photos overlooking the city. Cleanliness could have been better, as there were some hairs on the bathroom floor, but it didn’t affect my overall experience.

I love this hotel, the location is top tier near the shopping places in Dali Ancient Town, you can explore without any worries + halal food is nearby too (estimate around 300m away) and the receptionist is also very friendly too! Although I can’t speak mandarin, she tries her best to recommend places for us and we chat via wechat easily. The cons of this place is that, no DiDi can pick/drop you directly in front of the hotel. You need to walk to the nearest Gate and only can book the DiDi then. Plus, make sure you check the maps properly cause we went to routes with many stairs, very tiring!

静かで落ち着いた環境で、ホテルの入り口にはたくさんのシェアサイクルがありレンタルできます。でも、私たちは「海燕レンタカー」というお店で予約したのですが、とても安くておすすめです。8元追加するとホテルまで車を届けてくれて、5分もかからずに到着しました。入口のシェアサイクルよりもずっと安いですし、子供がいる場合はチャイルドシートも無料で追加できます。100kmと200kmのプランがあり、初日は200kmのプランを借りて喜洲まで往復しましたが、かなり快適でした。その後、近く（大理古城）を回る際には、短距離プランで十分です。午後6時以降は半額になります。ホテルのすぐ隣には有名な蒼耳大道があり、とても便利です！

This was a really nice hotel. the people working here are incredible, from the cooks who help make breakfast, to the front desk staff who patiently answered all our questions. My phone broke and they patiently took a look and recommended a few places where we could get it fixed. It is a little further out from the old town, but very easy to get a taxi or Didi from this location and because it is further out, it was very quiet. They also made sure we had some water and a few snacks before we left for the next part of our trip, so thank you very much! Breakfast noodles were also quite nice and delicious!

The property is situated among preserved buildings that share the same traditional architectural design, making you feel as though you’ve traveled back in time to the olden days. It’s a perfect blend of history and comfort. Mr. Wang, the gentleman who manages the place, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to provide excellent advice on where to visit in Dali, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a hidden gem that offers a unique experience, combining traditional aesthetics with warm hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Dali!

こちらのホテルに来る前に、3階にある通りのそばのインディゴに泊まったのですが、とてもうるさくてあまり良い印象がありませんでした。ヒルトンに来てみたら、景色は以前よりも良く、静かで、ビュッフェ式の朝食も種類が豊富で、大理の特色もありました。そのため、2泊してからもう一泊することにしました。[笑顔]

新酒店，214國道旁，離古城南門，蒼洱大道非常近，附近好多名店吃飯，零食很嗨便利店，隔音效果很好，定外賣也非常方便，前台的咖啡很好喝，舒適睡眠質量很好，非常乾淨衞生，在大理住的最舒適的酒店，價格還便宜，好多停車位，自助洗衣非常不錯不錯

I booked this place after reading the reviews about the above and beyond service, and the connection that guests were able to make with the owner of the accommodation. When there are hundreds of hotels to choose from, I value getting to know the humans behind a business. Unfortunately during my stay the main owner whom the reviews refer to, was away. The staff that was in place was helpful, but I felt gave me the one simplest solution to any question I had, rather than the best possible solution, or even options, for what I needed help with. I probably had an anomaly of an experience. The room was spacious and fairly clean. There was a bathroom window in the room that had no blinds or curtains, and the courtyard lights would stream into the room past 10pm, which meant that the room was not completely dark. I included a photo - the light is a lot more obvious and pervasive in a dark room. I had to sleep with an eye mask on, which thankfully, I had. I would suggest to the owners to put a curtain or some blinds up in the bathroom window. I would still recommend this hotel for its quiet location and proximity to the ancient city (8-10yuan Didi ride). Hopefully you'll have the lady boss around during your stay.

Great location 10 min ride away from Dali ancient town. Staff is friendly and offer great advise and tips on attraction to visit. There's nice cafes and restaurants a short walk away from the accommodation. Bed is comfortable and room well maintained and clean.
