Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. My kids truly enjoyed the window that can see all the fishes and turtles..worth every penny.. Would definitely stay again!

入住體驗温馨又踏實，自駕停車十分便利，車位充足，開車出行很友好。房間不是海景房型，但打掃得乾乾淨淨，整體整潔清爽，環境安靜，適合放鬆休憩。店家熱情大方，服務耐心周到，待人友善，溝通很順暢。頂樓觀景台是特色，上樓便能欣賞開闊海景，視野很好，閑時上樓看海吹風很愜意。整體乾淨舒心，服務到位，性價比高，推薦自駕朋友入住。

The room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel was also located near some great photo spots. There were many beautiful cafes nearby. I thought the hotel had a swimming pool, but it turns out the pool is only available for certain room types.However, it's too cold for swimming 😄. A shuttle car was available to pick you to and from the hotel and the gate . Breakfast at the hotel had two options: Chinese rice noodles and Western Spaghetti & Omelette, and they were tasty. The housekeeper Xiao Luo and Fei Fei are very helpful Xixi in explaining via WeChat as we don't understand Chinese.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and has a very nice aesthetic. I especially liked the interior design — everything feels well thought out and comfortable. The service was also one of the highlights of our stay. Special mention to our hotel butler, **Xiao Zhang**, who was really attentive and helpful throughout. He checked in with us every day, was always quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable. The staff here are all very service-oriented and friendly. They were always polite and attentive without feeling over the top, which made the whole stay very pleasant. Overall, a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful, but it was the warm and thoughtful service, especially from Xiao Zhang, that made our stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Have heater so you wouldn’t feel cold. Hosts were so friendly and even helped to carry our luggages. We inform the host that we will arrive late at night and was informed back that there will be someone waiting for us to come. Location was superb, in front of erhai lake and very accessible. We had a really great time here. Will come here again. Thank you so much once again

The room was big and spacious .. the view was so Pretty.. the staff are all very helpful.. they help us to bring our luggage to level 3 and also introduce u on where to go in Dali … you can also have afternoon tea in the hotel as well :)
