Excellent stay in Pingyao. The welcome was exceptionally warm and efficient. We had one room facing the courtyard and another on the second floor. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean, and equipped with excellent beds. The bathroom was well designed with separate toilet facilities and quality amenities. The hotel provides a WeChat group for guests, which proved extremely useful. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the complimentary transfer service between the city gate and the hotel. The Chinese breakfast was excellent and preferable to the continental option. Orders can be placed in advance via WeChat, including drinks, which makes the experience very convenient. The hotel is well located near the North Gate and within easy walking distance of the main street of the ancient city. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended when visiting Pingyao.

What an amazing stay we had. They even upgraded us to another luxury room because there was a slight problem with the living room light. The place is really well kept and beautiful. Very peaceful and central location . The people at the reception were very helpful and kept us in touch with we chat all the time.they even came for us and took us back to the station. Breakfast was devine ::)) . Highly recommend to stay if you plan to come to beautiful pingyao. Thanks guys for your great service. Keep it up.

設備：お部屋はどれもスマートでとても便利です！スマートトイレ、加湿器、ミニバーなど！ 衛生面：清潔で、細部まで行き届いています。 環境：趣のある中庭は写真を撮るのに最適です😻 サービス：フロントデスクのスタッフは皆とても親切で、特に24時間対応のバトラーサービスはいつでも利用可能です！ 今まで泊まったB&Bの中で一番快適なホテルです。今後、友人にもぜひおすすめしたいと思います！特に家族連れやお子様連れに最適で、お子様用のエンターテイメントエリア（客室内には子供用歯ブラシやスリッパも用意されています）も充実しています。

環境は非常に良く、南門ライトショーとミートアゲイン平遥のパフォーマンス会場からも近く、歩行者専用道路のすぐ外にあり、ホテルから車で駅までお迎えに上がります。もともと中華風のビッグカンルームを体験したかったので、内部の設備に期待していたのですが、結果的にはとても使いやすい内装でした。充電もあり、自動カーテンや乾湿分離もあり、キッチンは向かい側にあり、花火の匂いもなく、とても気持ちが良いです。次回もここに泊まります。

オーナーはとても親切でした。高速道路で事故があり、渋滞していたため、景勝地に到着したのは夜9時過ぎでした。オーナーは前日に連絡をくれ、高速道路で立ち往生していることを知り、慰めてくれました。古城に到着すると、オーナー自ら車で迎えに来てくれました。 ホテルに着くと、山西省を訪れるのは初めてだと知りました。部屋を天子一号室にアップグレードしてくれて、事前にエアコンをつけてくれて、フルーツまで送ってくれて、本当に親切でした。 チェックアウトの際には、お土産に自家製の酢茶と油茶をいただきました。本当に嬉しかったです。山西の人々は本当に親切です。 平遥古城は映画のロケ地としても有名で、「また平遥」という公演を観たことで、物語に満ちたこの古城への理解が深まりました。 古都を訪れる機会があれば、このホームステイは絶対に見逃せません。特に夜は映画撮影にピッタリです！お部屋は快適で清潔、そしてシンプルです。次回また機会があれば、ぜひまた泊まりたいです。ご主人のご商売繁盛とご富裕をお祈りしています！

We had such a lovely stay here and truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is owned by a husband and wife, the husband kindly picked us up from the train station and later dropped us back, which made our travel so much easier and stress-free. The wife checked us in warmly and looked after us throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable. Her English was very good, and she gave us fantastic recommendations. The homemade breakfast she prepared for us the next morning was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel like guests in their home rather than just customers at a hotel. Their kindness and genuine hospitality really stood out. The room was modern and very clean, and the hotel itself is so picturesque! Staying here made our experience in Pingyao incredibly memorable. We’re very grateful for how well they looked after us and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This is a brand new hotel. Everything works well in the room, and the smart AI assistant is both amusing and practical in controlling room functions. The room furnishings are of good quality. The hotel is an amazing location, as it is just a short walk to the ancient city as well as the You Qian Ping Yao show, which is highly recommended. The hotel staff will book the tickets for you at a slight discount and it is not part of the hotel package, whichl makes it appear to be free. There are many eateries next to the hotel, and there is even a night food street just 100m away, but it was only open during the weekends during my stay in winter. There is also a big supermarket about 300m away, and many bakeries and bubble tea joints. There are plenty of food options.. Most importantly, the owner will fetch you to and fro from the train station. The hotel staff are also very warm and friendly, and will make you feel most welcome. The hotel owner also provided a humidifier, which really provided me much relief from the low humidity Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

房間和亞朵一樣，房間很大，寬敞，床很舒服，室內也打掃的很乾凈，地理位置也不錯，就在平遙火車站邊上，離平遙古城的西門近，觀看又見平遙也方便，都是走着就能到，訂的家庭房包括兩位早餐，前台還給孩子免費加了一位早餐，前台服務很到位，給代訂了平遙古城的包車旅遊服務，我們一行8人，270元包括導遊講解和觀光車，還是划算的，同行有長者，不想太辛苦，得虧約了，不然年輕人也受不了，古城還是不小的，沒有導遊帶着有點摸不清路線，很容易走冤枉路，晚上自己溜達就有大概方向了。離店時還主動提醒掃碼輸入車牌號，免費停車，給準備了伴手禮，很不錯，有機會再來還會續訂I8
