「Excellent stay in Pingyao. The welcome was exceptionally warm and efficient. We had one room facing the courtyard and another on the second floor. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean, and equipped with excellent beds. The bathroom was well designed with separate toilet facilities and quality amenities. The hotel provides a WeChat group for guests, which proved extremely useful. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the complimentary transfer service between the city gate and the hotel. The Chinese breakfast was excellent and preferable to the continental option. Orders can be placed in advance via WeChat, including drinks, which makes the experience very convenient. The hotel is well located near the North Gate and within easy walking distance of the main street of the ancient city. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended when visiting Pingyao.」
