トビリシのフィットネスルーム・ジム付きホテル

国会議事堂のすぐ隣の立地で警察がたくさんいるので、ある意味安心です笑 週末はデモがあるかもしれないので、注意が必要かもしれません。 自由広場も徒歩3分くらいで、バス停も徒歩1分でトビリシの主要な観光スポットへのアクセスは抜群です！ ミニバーやアメニティも豊富でした！ 歯ブラシセットやボディクリームなどもありましたよ。毎日の清掃で全て交換となり、水も新しく2本もらえます！ 私は利用しませんでしたが、地下にはプールとサウナがありました。また、枕メニューがあり好きな物に交換できるようです。

It is a good hotel ,especially the location is strategic : just walk distance 3 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean , not very large, but quite. Breakfast is average, quality of food acceptable not great. The restaurant on ground is named Asado. it is a beef restaurant ,managed from famous italian chef. The quality of food is excellent and the price goes along with it: quite expensive but really worth of.

Отель чудесный. Локация прямо в сердце города. Очень уютный бар внизу где можно поработать. Особо отмечу дизайн номеров. Очень уютно и стильно

比較新🆕，上樓會有股味道。不知攜程為啥主推這個 一搜尋這個出來先。地鐵站進來270米 最後一天去埃裏温我們拉着行李箱走了200多米。。。這附近的路很爛很舊 就是近一個小市場 很多水果很便宜！但附近真的太破爛了 以至於我感覺這個城市很落後同樣價位的假日酒店那個真心不錯 地鐵站出來就是 大路邊 旁邊就是超市，去埃裏温的車站。 給我們的樓層也看不到三一教堂。。。房間又挺小的。。

Ооооооочень крутой отель, курорт. Прекрасные домики, чудесное расположение. Шикарнейшая природа и виды. Превосходная кухня.

ホテル自体とその設備は素晴らしかったです。屋内プールと屋外プールはとても綺麗で、ロビーも清潔でスタイリッシュでした。プールサイドと1階にあるバーも素敵で、カクテルは少し高めでしたが最高でした。 しかし、サービスには疑問が残りました。まず、1階のレストランは、料理が出てくるまで1時間も待たされました（！）。仕方なく近くのホテル（ゴールデンチューリップの屋上レストラン）までランチを食べに行きました。次に、スタッフがミニキット（石鹸、ローション、カミソリ、コットン、シャワーキャップなど）を部屋に置き忘れていました。さらに、午前9時半にプールに行ったのですが、6人分のプールタオルが足りませんでした。そして最後に、夜のルームサービスは信じられないほど遅かったです。15分間も電話に出ず、フロントとゲストサービスに電話をかけなければなりませんでした。注文を済ませてから、料理が出てくるまでさらに45～50分もかかりました（しかも、お茶とチーズパイだけの簡単なものでした）。全体的に見て、ホテル自体は悪くないのですが、サービスは改善の余地があります。マリオット系列のホテル（マリオット・ボンヴォイ加盟ホテル）にいくつか宿泊したことがありますが、このホテルはシェラトンのような外観ですが、雰囲気はシェラトンとは少し違います。

最高のロケーション。 スーパーケバブのテイクアウト店 Mr Schwarma の近く。 フレンドリーなスタッフが英語を話します。 とても清潔。 ビュッフェ式朝食がおいしい。 早めに到着しないと寒くなります。 スタッフがタクシーを手配してくれました。 深夜までにタクシーを予約しないと料金が 2 倍になります。 ザクロジュースの売り子には注意してください。 非常に高額でぼったくりです。

ホテルのサービスと朝食は素晴らしく、清潔さも満足のいくものでした。ジムの設備も充実していました。

We spent in this hotel last 2 days of our trip. Amazing spa, good gym and room we had. The most important thing I want to share that this hotel has the best hospitality I’ve ever had in Tbilisi. If we needed smth they did it immediately. And in our last day we had 10 more hour before the flight and hotel allowed led to leave our luggage in storage. That’s a good point from their side.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
