「Hostel was clean and the area was okay. When I first arrived I had to wait for a while as noone was at the reception desk but I was early so it was fine I sat in the room with the fan and she let me check in and even bring my stuff to the room as soon as she arrived. Not a lot of public spaces so wasn’t as social as other hostels I’ve stayed at but they have a whole seperate womens area and an office space so great for women who are traveling and working remotely」

Exceptional, 24/7 Customer Service
The standout feature was undoubtedly the customer service. From the initial booking online, through an urgent last-minute change I had to make, to after-hours queries, the team was consistently responsive, helpful, and polite. The seamless support made me feel like there was always someone on standby, providing a sense of great security and convenience rarely experienced.
Perfectly Located for Convenience & Leisure
The location is a major asset. It perfectly balances convenience and quiet. Everything you need is within easy walking distance: a 7-11 for essentials, a pharmacy, a fruit shop, diverse restaurants, and even the beach. Yet, despite this accessibility, the property itself is situated in a peaceful area ensuring a restful night's sleep—a combination that is often hard to find.
Impeccably Equipped for both Short or Long Stay
The apartment itself was very clean throughout. It is clearly designed for guests who need to live, not just visit. Key highlights include:
· Full Kitchen: A full set of kitchenware was provided, along with thoughtful extras like dishwashing liquid. It truly felt like a functional home kitchen.
· Laundry Essentials: The in-unit laundry was a major plus, and the provision of laundry powder and softener was a delightful, practical touch. The inclusion of a clothes drying rack solved the everyday chore effortlessly.
· Spacious Layout: The big wardrobe offered ample storage, and the separate living area was spacious and comfortable, making extended stays perfectly relaxing.

ゲゲスト強くお勧めします！清潔で、2つのプールも清潔です。スタッフは親切です。ケトルと冷蔵庫があり、バスルームも完璧な状態です。リネンとタオルは清潔で気持ちが良いです。ヘアドライヤー、シャンプー、シャワージェル、シャワーキャップ、歯ブラシと歯磨き粉も用意されています。虫は見かけませんでした。良い香りがしました。空港から1km以内！海も近くにあります。近くにはクローバーがあり、お土産を買うお店もたくさんあります。周辺は観光地化されていないので、フライトの前後に滞在することを強くお勧めします！

22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later).
But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform.
Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this.
A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq !
Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste.
Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong
There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine.
Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

8zhujie1泊しましたが、とても素敵で快適でした。チェックイン時にタイの宝くじを買ったのですが、フロントの人がそれを見て確認してくれました。結局当たりませんでした（笑）。寝心地は良かったのですが、下段のベッドを用意してくれませんでした。用意してくれた上段のベッドには仕切りがあり、頭をぶつけやすく、実際にぶつけてしまいました。朝食はまあまあでしたが、下段のベッドを用意してくれなかったのは本当に残念でした。

DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

TTOSHIOKA空港から近く歩いて行けますがスーツケースだと辛いかもしれません。周りに飲食店やコンビニもあり便利です。ベットも周り全てカーテンで仕切れ、スーツケースが入る大きな鍵付きのロッカーもあります。土足禁止なのも良いです。広めですがシャワー室には脱衣スペースは無く、着替えを置く場所もタオル掛けの棒位しかないです。ビニール袋をフックで掛けるなど工夫すれば大丈夫だと思います、私はタオル掛けに挟みましたが。水圧は弱いですがお湯は出ました。

EEkaterina.Tこのホステルが本当に気に入ったので、2度目の予約をしました。最高の場所で、すべてがとても近いです。6人で宿泊しました。ベッドは個室で、清潔で快適でした。
注意点としては、エアコンの稼働時間の関係で、10時から16時の間は部屋の中が30度以上になるなど、とても暑くなることがあります。私は問題ありませんが、人によっては辛いと感じるかもしれません。
シャワーは快適で、お湯も出ますし、清潔で、虫も全く見かけませんでした。ベッドの1つはトイレのすぐ近くにありましたが、私は別のベッドを使いました。
キッチン、共用バルコニー、プールエリアも気に入りました。誰も使っていないようですが、近くに座るのは気持ちが良いです。
不満な点が1つだけあります。電話が使えなくて、受付に連絡が取れなかったことです。一度鍵を忘れてしまい（私のミスですが）、誰かが来るまで5時間も外で待たなければなりませんでした。緊急時に備えて、誰かが電話で対応してくれるようにしておいた方がいいと思います。翌日電話が使えるか確認しましたが、使えませんでした。
全体的にこの場所は気に入ったので、もっと長く滞在したいです。

ゲゲストすでにとても寒いです。妹のサービスはとても良いです、キーカードにいくつかの障害があるので話します。スタッフに、Nongが急いで部屋を修理するように通知してください。部屋は広く、広としていて、清潔で、リーズナブルな価格です。 3人を収容できる14号室、バスルーム、特に蓮の野菜があり、損傷しています。水の流れが強くなく、水が流れを止める時もあります。二回電話しましたが、すぐに解決しました。とにかくすべてがいいですが、自分でジャックポッターに会うかもしれません。
