「Very nice place in the middle of the mountains, but the service and amenities are a little bit disappointing. The breakfast doesn’t change one single day, everyday the same! The restaurant we tried one time and it was a terrible experience, I don’t recommend anyone to have a meal there. The room was nice with few things missing, specially a small refrigerator.」

Starting with big rooms overviewing green heels, through spacious balcony and cosy bathtubs. The hotel has everything you need to simply rest and enjoy your time in nature. The food is absolutely remarkable, has local taste and cater to dietary needs - including vegetarians. The hosts are lovely couple who are always willing to help and provide multiple recommendations what to do around. The hot springs are next level and allow you for romantic stay in a full privacy. The cheery on top is a lovely deer who has a lot of space to enjoy and is feed with green vegetables. My partner loves to get a morning swim and pool was available for him despite our stay was after ”hot season” I strongly recommend this place, and we will for sure come back!」

「We had a wonderful stay here. The owner of the hotel was very warm and friendly. The environment is super clean and peaceful, as well as very beautiful and aesthetic! The room is even bigger than the pictures; it also has a small lobby within the room for shoes. We enjoyed the private balcony a lot, and were kindly gifted a hot soup dessert. The dinner meal was also prepared fresh and tailored to meet our vegetarian requests. The boss also helped us book tickets to a nearby park and personally drove us to the entrance! Much too kind! Will surely return next time 我们在这里度过了美好的时光。酒店的老板非常热情友好。环境非常干净、宁静，既美丽又有美感！房间比照片上看起来还要大；房间内还有一个小鞋柜。我们非常喜欢私人阳台，还收到了热汤甜点的贴心赠送。晚餐也是新鲜准备的，满足了我们的素食要求。老板还帮我们预订了附近公园的门票，并亲自开车送我们到入口！真是太好了！下次一定会再来。」

「Charming house, with some area for kids to play and a nice view on the hills. We really enjoyed the hot bath outside, it is super relaxing after an active day, and we also appreciated that we could use the kitchen and feel at home! Jinxia was very accomodating and helpful, she helped me book tickets for some attractions, gave me advice on restaurants and arranged a driver. One point to notice, it is not easy to get a didi there!」

「We loved our time here! The staff are very sincere and friendly which made all the difference to our stay. They “saved” us when we and our dog were stuck in Moganshan at night, by personally driving down to pick us up - we were super grateful! The minsu is very clean and well maintained, and the meals we had there were all excellent. We loved the farmhouse chicken soup we had for dinner in particular. We also took a little hike around the minsu which was very pleasant. Would love to come back here again someday!」

「Property location was good, rooms were big & clean. Staff was very welcoming & soft-spoken. We decided to have dinner on arrival day, but we were late & kitchen was closed, but still staff cooked fried rice & noodles for us which was tasty. Breakfast next morning was also good with many options. Only downside was swimming pool was closed which we didn't know before booking. But in-room bathtub was big enough to accomodate all 3 of us. Overall good stay!」

「整體非常滿意，可以説讓人流連忘返。這是莫干山美景的吸引，更是蘆花盪酒店硬件和服務人員熱情周到的服務的功勞。 環境：地理環境優越。酒店主樓外大平台遠眺裸心堡，可見庾街和德清。酒店前巨大銀杏樹也是一景，掛滿彩燈，夜色中流光溢彩。 酒店地處蘆花盪公園坡下，可步行前往劍池、白雲山館和旭光台等知名景點。步行到蔭山街換乘遊覽車約15分鐘，也非常方便。酒店有自己的餐廳、咖啡廳，以及户外星空酒吧。 服務：徐姓前台服務員讓人賓至如歸。從前端諮詢就不厭其煩解答問題；當天入住後，服務周到細緻，幫我們搬運行李到房間，並介紹周邊並提供優惠8折咖啡券和餐券。當天下雨氣温低，提前為客人打開了熱風，進入房間那一刻，太舒適了。 入住期間，酒店應客人要求修理了龍頭，直接更換了一個，水流立馬痛快了。酒店其他工作人員，以及保潔大姐都很專業熱情，及時應答需求。 設施：住在88A，民國別墅裝修而來，室外視野開闊，內部裝潢低調典雅，空間很大，佈置得宜。風格和酒店歷史相得益彰。各色基礎設施都具備，乾濕分離不錯，有浴缸。皮沙發有支撐感，坐着超舒服。充電傳統插頭和USB插口都具備。房間自帶陽台，向陽。另外，一些細節值得點贊，一是房間除衣櫃外放置有一個衣帽架，用起來很方便；二是設有一個可移動晾衣架。感覺設計師很有想法。 缺點：還是提一句，一是房間小短板：別墅一般是2-3層，無電梯。房間隔音不太好。另外臨近機房嗎？晚上總覺得有嗡嗡低頻聲。配耳塞可以解決。 二是餐飲。早餐菜色一般，和均價千元的房費不搭；在莫干山也吃了一些餐廳，酒店自營菜根香餐廳菜色水平不佔優勢。」
