「Absolutely a must visit place. The cabins are really cozy and modern but still in the forest. There is nothing what you could miss. The restaurants are really good as well especially the Kikaboni, if your are looking for something fancy. The hiking trails through the bamboo forest and teafields are relaxing as well.」

「メーデーに莫干山へ旅行しましたが、一日が余ったので、ずっと憧れていた不思議の国、裸城の場所をすぐに予約しようと思いました。幸いなことに、美しいシャーリーが私たちのつながりを助け、非常に詳細な紹介と思慮深い手配をしてくれて、部屋を無料でアップグレードし、記念日の装飾やケーキも手配してくれました。滞在中、すべての良いことが手の届くところにあり、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで礼儀正しく、家にいるような気分にさせてくれました。出発前に、美人のシャーリーさんがホテルのお土産までくれました！本当に素晴らしい経験です！」

「部屋も設備もとても素晴らしく、星空のキングベッドルームを予約しましたが、270度の広いバルコニーがとても素晴らしいです。サービススタッフの態度もとても良く、旅行の写真も撮ってくれましたし、カメラマンもとても良かったです。朝食は5つ星レベルではありませんが、必要なものはすべて揃っており、問題ありません。しかし、ここで問題が発生します。なぜいつも部屋に虫や蛾がいるのかわかりません。彼らは夜ベッドに這い込みそうになり、とても怖くて眠る勇気がありませんでした。少なくとも10匹の蛾を撲殺しましたが、まだ何匹かいます（全過程でドアや窓を開ける勇気はありませんでした）。後でやっとその原因が分かりました。玄関ドアの亀裂が大きすぎて、光を見るとすぐに蛾や昆虫が部屋に侵入してきました。このように詳細を適切に処理しないと、エクスペリエンスに大きな影響を与えます。全体的な経験としては、実際には中高年に適したアクティビティはないと感じます。価格と少し矛盾しており、ケータリングは営業していません。国際的なワイン管理と比較すると、細部の処理と管理のレベルにはまだ一定のギャップがあり、今後も改善を続けたいと考えています。」

「浙江省のファミリーホテルの第一選択肢であるこのホテルは、ケータリングや様々なエンターテイメント施設があらゆる年齢層の子供たちに配慮した配慮が行き届いています。また、特筆すべきはバトラーサービスの質の高さです。ホリデーバトラーのシャオシェンさんは、大雨の中、充電器を持ってこず、部屋に届けてくれました。さらに、子供たちにたくさんのおやつ、飲み物、お土産を配ってくれ、チェックインの手続きも列に並ばずに済ませてくれました。とても親切な対応でした。」

「素敵なファミリーリゾートです。動物の餌やり、ウォーターパーク、カート、山の滑り台、登山など、子供たちが参加できるアクティビティがたくさんあります。私たちが泊まったキャビンはとても素敵できれいでした。複合施設を案内するカートを注文するアプリは非常に効率的でした。通常、数分以内に到着します。早めに朝食をとるか、大きな列ができていることを確認してください。私の家族は、リゾートに関する情報を伝え、質問に答えるためにWechatに私を追加したChenchenに感謝したいと思います。彼女はとても親切で、いつもすぐに私に返事をくれました(質問がたくさんありました)。チェンチェンは本当に私たちの旅行をずっと楽にしました。」

「The hotel staff, from the parking guard to the receptionists were hospitable, they upgraded our room and spent some time to translate the guest guide paper before I reach the hotel, the hotel view is the biggest strength of this hotel, it was a good experience, I will return to this hotel and the area again. I spent 2 days there and experienced both sunny and rainy/foggy weather 🥰」

「1. On the service: Resort is very big, need to always wait for someone to pick you up in a golf cart. Having bikes or a cart would've been helpful but the hotel, in my case 小月 is very responsive on wechat as soon we ask for something. New towels, water, a car, they usually send within 10mn. 2. On the facilities, beautiful, and we were lucky to be at a time where it was quite empty. Pool area is a great spot. Hot tub on the balcony of the room was a great experience. Bedding was very comfortable and that's important to us to get good sleep on holiday. Their saunas in the bamboo forest are beautiful, they should market it better because I had not noticed it when booking :). Small note of improvement -＞ a metal door handle on the inside of a sauna is a bad idea, people burn their hands on it. But other than that really great. 3. Food: you dont come here for the culinary experience but I've definitely have had much worse. Overall, pretty wide variety of above average choice. The resort is far away from town and so we had prepared some of our own snacks to bring with us in anticipation. No disappointment there, all according to what we had expected based on what we saw online. Other than that it was clean (some bugs here and there, and quite a bit of mosquitoes, but you're in a forest/country area so it is what it is), staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay!」

「Great hotel !!! Kids were happy with the animal farm , ridding horses , feeding the Llama, goats, chickens and a big ostrich. The food has a good taste. The pool is clean and next to the mountain. Activities for the kids ( like paint a hat ) The kids area is amazing with 2 donut slides and a net walking between the trees . For sure we will be back soon ! The attention of the personal was outstanding I was extremely pleased.」

「這次是來短途旅遊的，這家整體環境很不錯，要是大家庭來，住個別墅也是不錯的。 但這次非常不滿意的是服務！ 【前台】的服務還可以，但前台接待處標誌不清晰，引導也不清楚 【接駁車司機】接駁車司機大都還不錯，有一兩個説話很沖，對於一個第一次來這邊的顧客而言，不清楚位置很正常，作為接駁車司機，你可以和顧客確認，但不是一上來説“這不是你説的地方”，這種語氣 【中餐廳】中餐廳的服務員整體都比較差！進來餐廳1. 無任何引導人員 2. 麪攤人員一直就在玩手機，看到顧客來了才把手機收起來，然後也不説有什麼選擇，都是好像默認第一次住店的顧客應該知道的態度，我看着麪攤的照片想點魚丸麪，然後麪攤的人非常態度差，表情很不屑的説“我們不做” 3. 基本無服務，也不來收盤子，也不來給紙巾，什麼都沒有 如果設施和環境是達到了五星（五鑽）的標準，那服務也得和這個標準去靠攏，這樣才行，不然就是在做面子工程」
